Have been here few times. It has always been fantastic. So much so that we buy each other vouchers for Christmas/Birthdays etc. Big shout out to Ryan on reception (our new best friend lol) for navigating his way through our numerous vouchers. This is just a fabulous experience. Rooms are amazing. Staff are fantastic and you won’t get a better breakfast anywhere. We cannot wait to go back.

Gorgeous, spacious and comfortable room! Meticulously clean! Ample lighting, comfy seating and work spaces. Plenty of electrical outlets and conveniently places switches. Large closet with brightly lit vanity mirror. DEEP soaking tub and large walk-in shower. Delicious complimentary coffees, teas, and shortbread cookies! EXCELLENT service. Perfect in every way. LOVED it. Thank you for making us feel at home.

We ate here on the last bank holiday in August. The turbot was absolutely sublime. Easily the nicest fish dish I’d ever had. Presentation and flavour was exquisite. We do come here regularly and Horia, amongst other staff, always look after us very well.

First class service start to finish . Attentive at check in , excellent concierge service , beautiful room and fabulous food . The spa is truly decadent with a range of relaxing treatments . And as for the cocktail bar ….. spoilt for choice ! Thoroughly recommend this oasis of calm in Belfast City Centre .

We went for afternoon tea in the Great Room and the staff are absolutely top class, the food is excellent and very well prepared and presented. I had the Japanese Green Tea is the best I have ever had. It really is such a beautiful place and hopefully we will be back soon. I have only ONE negative to say about our experience and that is the whole time during our afternoon tea in the great room, the revolving door never stopped revolving, it was like a turn style at a huge football stadium. From visitors, general public wanting to use the toilets. tourists taking photos, small tours , bunches of guys just wanting a drink. It was quite off putting and destroyed the ambience of the day and the great room. Maybe a screen blocking the view of the diners as the public enter the great room or just close the revolving door during afternoon tea.

From the moment we checked in until we checked out it was just fantastic. Really super staff , friendly happy and helpful. Seamless check in and beautiful and clean entrance. Our room 430 was like stepping into a movie set. Beautifully presented and so spacious. Clean and tidy. The beds were superb and a massive bathroom . All in all a stay that entices you back before you leave.
