位置特別好，房間夠大，並沒有圖中那麼浮誇，實際上很温馨舒適的！周圍好吃的也很多，我們吃到了比國內還美味的，用多瑙河裡麪的冷水大鯉魚做的水煮魚，真是好吃到流眼淚！

Merhaba , Trip.com aracılığı ile rezervasyon yaptırdım. Geleceğimiz tarihe 4 gün kala seyahat planımız iptal oldu.Yetkililer ile iletişime geçtim ve yardımcı olmalarını istedim fakat kabul etmediler , 4 gecelik ücreti tahsil ettiler. Bu çok haksızca , otelcilikte iptal olduğunda 1 gecelik ücret kesilir . Ama siz ülkenize bile gelmeyen ,seyahati iptal edilmiş bir misafirden tam ücret kesiyorsunuz!!!

酒店位置便利， 房間設施設備運轉良好，佈局合理温馨， 前台工作人員熱情周到， 因第二天很早退房， 前台工作人員很早就提前辦理退房手續，便捷高效。

酒店有點像一個老的5星，雖然衹有4星，但是服務各方面都不輸5星，就是裝修風格老了一些，其他都很好，你可以步行到最熱鬧的商業大街，停車雖然收費，但是很方便，關鍵是停車場夠大，就在酒店旁邊，比起其他酒店在市中心沒有辦法停車來説，好很多，畢竟不會讓你停車後拖着行李箱到處走，服務人員的服務出乎我的意料，非常細心，特別是餐廳的，總之是個值得入住的好酒店

房間很大，自助早餐品種非常多，位於貝爾格萊德市中心，周圍環境安靜且安全，值得推薦！原定的酒店無故被取消，感謝攜程客服幫忙換了更好的店！

I really wanted to like this hotel...It has contemporary furnishings and a modern interior design, which gives it a higher-end feel. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Digital scale in bathroom. Attentive and responsive staff. Quality Rituals-brand products. Walkable location and tram right out front. The rooms need some attention--an abundance of cobwebs in the ceiling corners and around light fixtures, stained carpet and soiled draperies. It was not that things were worn and scratched, rather, they needed a shampoo or deep clean. What could have been an above-average or superior room was a disappointment. Room amenities to consider adding: a box of tissues, plug sockets on both sides of the bed, iron/ironing board. Safety features to consider: peephole to see into the hall/who is at the door and a security lock in addition to the one at the door handle.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful giving wonderful recommendations for restaurants and ever so accommodating of all our requests - printing and scanning documents, questions about where to go due to our special dietary needs etc. We appreciate them very much. There was one evening when one of the staff at the front desk failed us when he showed very little care for our well-being when we reported to him that the elevator was broken. He did not give us a good attitude and solution. We complained again and another staff came out to show us a side elevator to use - something he could have very easily and politely pointed us to. We complained about it and was promptly apologised to and even presented with a bottle to wine as an apology. The cleaning of the room was not up to standard and we thought they could do better in that department. Nonetheless, after we pointed it out to them, they immediately rectified and gave the room a good clean. I appreciate their spirit of improvement. Overall, we liked the room and hotel very much. The bed and pillows were comfy. The room was large. Toiletries were very nice. As friendly and accommodating as they are, we will definitely give them another chance and return for another stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights and all the staff were amazing! Decent sized rooms. Good breakfast (amazing coffee and the freshest croissants), and help with PCR tests! They also helped us make/cancel restaurant reservations. Shoutout to Kruna, Goran and Sara and George our kind breakfast server! Thank you

...unless you insist on having hot water in less than 5-6 minutes. Friendly, very relaxed staff. Home made coffee, not the espresso style. Thick, black, strong. Bring us another one! Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel’s bar. Smoke as much as you want, but not during the breakfast. Can we have a drink at 11pm? Sure, walk west 300m to a plays which is open all night long ;). Ah, almost forgot - during the previous visit (January 1st) complementary bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Very nice! All in all - stay there and be relaxed.

Great hotel with great location. Big parking in the heart of the city center is a huge advantage to this hotel. Hotel is just a 10min walk to the city center. Hotel staff is really nice and lovely, willing to help you with everything.

Amazing service from even before we got to the hotel. Was intouch to make a group reservation and Ms Kruna was extremely helpful including advising us on where to go how to organize are event ... the cake as well. The reception staff was also extremely helpful from helping with taxi bookings to recommendations and even helped with are PCR registrations. Service was amazing, place was renovated so new and clean. Breakfast was the best. Highly recommend this hotel

El hotel Constantine the great, está bien situado y puede visit**** Belgrado a pie desde su localización. Tuvimos mucha suerte pues la chica de recepción sabia algo de español y se esforzaba por darnos explicaciones del hotel. La habitación amplia en la cuarta planta, con un detalle de bienvenida unos crepps y 2 botellas de agua de cortesia. Todos los días reponian los productos de aseo. El desayuno bastante completo el café te lo servían en la mesa en el momento. Reponen constantemente. Decir que cerca del hotel hay restaurantes muy buenos para cenar como Walter y Izlonag. Gracias a el personal por la atención que tuvieron, pues cumplí años estando hospedado y me obsequiaron con un pastel que estaba requisitos. Gracias y recomendaremos el hotel a los españoles que visiten Belgrado.
