« Love to have a longer stay here. If only the place was clean n freshen up. Stuffy smell still lingers around the room perhaps due to long it was not been use especially during Covid. Lucky we always bought our travel humidifier thus that solves the issue. Food for breakfast just the basic for rm18 for kids the cost is too much for the serving they have to offer. The staffs were friendly and helpfull thumbs up for that. Give it some time to brush up the entire place it will be good as before. Will still come back for more stay at Philea despite the flaws... »

« This hotel is at a shoplot area with many nearby abandoned shops. The good thing is the hotel is quite clean. However, the family room with 2 queen beds are very small. Very difficult to pray and move around in the room. Asked for extra pillow and blanket. Charged RM20 for blanket cover and RM5 for each pillow. The rate is very expensive for the room size and location. It is cheaper to book directly with the hotel. There is a row of shops across the road with Speedmart 99, mrDIY, Malay restaurant and Mamak shop. Many termites were at the restaurant when we went for dinner. Overall, it is a decent hotel but the price for family room is very expensive. The single rooms are much cheaper and worth it. »

« The room especially the bed and the aircond is very comfortable. The shower isn't as hot as I hope, the sink is clogged, there are still 2 wet towels hooked at the back of the washroom door. But the customer service is so good and professional. Claimer: I took the picture after I settled in the room. »

« Family if 5 with 2A 3K. The hotel previously known as Puteri Resort. Smooth check in. Room are with 2 single bed (small size). Although the hotel name are Amverton, I've know it was Puteri Resort because used to give lecture here. Rating: smooth check-in & check-out Lobby - nice. Huge. Rooms: Ok standard. But will know its a kind of an old hotel Brakfast: quite OK with few variety of Malaysian food & western. *been charged for two additional waterpark ticket which I feel, hotel shouldn't charge fee for it. ( 2 are already included with room). Its just feel like normal pool with kids slide. Thats all. »

« Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality. »

« They described the room with 30 m² space. With a refrigerator. When we first got our room, it was really small, with no fridge. Then we called the reception, they changed our room to the next door. The new room was spacious. However the fridge is not functioning at all. I think the bathroom could be cleaner, and they could provide extra towel for floor mat. It was more like a homestay rather than hotel. Breakfast was okay, because it was served by AMES hotel. Parking was okay. »
