Hôtels proches de Sierra, Bellingham

Je suis un ambassadeur snob, et je n'étais pas heureux de rester à un Quatre Points quand à Bellingham WA la semaine dernière. Quelle grande surprise j'ai trouvée à cette propriété. Pour être clair.. il n'est pas un Ritz, mais la chambre était très propre. Bien désigné. La chambre de bains était bien équipée et la douche était forte. B-Tourn a non seulement des sièges intérieurs, mais aussi une patio extérieure très froide avec une variété d'options de sièges. Les Sprouts de Bruxelles étaient parfaits. A+ Petit déjeuner servi dans un autre espace. Belle choix de petit déjeuner cuisine traditionnel, mais je pouvais manger bien avec la Pet Cut Oatmeal, le yogurt et les fruits, Il y a un Fred Meyer Grocery boutique dans le parking partagé, si facile à obtenir de l'eau, et des snacks.

Tout le monde était gentil. La chambre avait un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes. Il était propre dehors, et la chambre était également. Il est proche de nombreux endroits pour manger et visiter. L'autoroute est également proche de l'hôtel. Nous resterons à nouveau pendant que nous voyageons à la maison.

I had booked a couple treatments at the Spa, which I had saved up gift cards from the last 3 years. I booked over the phone because I wanted a recommendation of what massage to get for back and neck pain. I unfortunately went with their recommendation which was not a massage at all. I'm not going to say which treatment it was, because it's not the employees fault, it was simply not what I was needing or asked for. I was completely mislead in choosing a treatment. And for someone who does this *maybe* once every couple years, I am beyond disappointed. I spoke to the receptionist as I was checking out. When she asked how my service was I was honest but there wasn't any mention of resolution. The response was ”I'm so sorry, your total is..”. There were a few people behind me so I checked out and left because I didn't want to hold up the line. I emailed the chrysalis after my appointment, explaining the situation and asking for a refund for the 90 minute service. They messaged back unapologetically and offered 30 minutes of a massage. I then asked if I could get a 30 minute refund instead and I never got a response. I've emailed them twice since and have received nothing. I've gone here once every few years since I was a teenager, and have recommended it to my family and friends. But I will now be telling all of them not to come to the chrysalis because the customer service in management is terrible. There are other great spas and professionals in the area, I'd recommend everyone to go somewhere else. Super lame chrysalis
