I checked in. Paid in advance for the room. Entered the room and it was crazy hot - there’s no way a normal human can sleep in the room. The receptionist (who says she is the manager) did not warn me that the AC was not working. She took my money and gave a key. I returned to the receptionist and asked For a ReFund within 10 minutes of checking in. She totally refused to refund my payment. This is an example of awful customer service. 1) Why did she not tell me the AC was not working? And 2) why no ReFund? I didn’t sleep in the room. I found another much nicer hotel with working AC and closer to the city center. I understand that AC breaks down in hot weather - I get it! But why the manager took my money without telling me the room is literally 32 C (95 F). And the. No refund?? Incredible.

Stayed at this centrally located hotel in Belluno for the night. Parking is free in front of the hotel. Deluxe room was nice, clean, and bed was on the firmer side which we liked. Breakfast was included in our rate and was surprisingly well-stocked.

"I recently stayed at Hotel Europa in Belluno, and it was a delightful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Very nice hotel at a lovely city.good breakfast (without any vegetable) Helpful staff. The room has good size, and all you need for a pleasant stay. Its a small and clean hotel with free parking. The location is good for travel to the Dolomite National park I would be glad to come again

I Stayed here for 10 days whilst working on Belluno. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was a good size with ample storage, fridge, comfortable bed, underfloor heating, good size, well appointed and decorated bathroom with a powerful walk in shower. Unfortunately there was no kettle however the receptionist kindly lent me one. There’s a supermarket across the road from the hotel as well as a Lidl further down. The WiFi was excellent and I had no problem streaming video services. There’s a power socket by each bedside. The hotel is very clean and house keeping do an excellent job. Unfortunately there’s no eco measures in the bathroom and the shampoo and shower gel is still in little plastic bottles. Breakfast, due to Covid regulations is waitress service, with enough choices for me and again staff were friendly. There’s no evening meal on offer but there’s an excellent restaurant just a five minute walk away (see review). I was able to sleep well and undisturbed for during the nights I was here. This is probably the best and most popular hotel in Belluno and I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Per essere un 4 stelle desidererei un po' di più! Stanza comoda ma non ampia, frigorifero rumoroso (non basta mettere un biglietto dove si dice che se dà fastidio basta spegnerlo...), ventola del bagno inesistente (alla segnalazione ci viene detto che non la sentiamo solo perché non è rumorosa, peccato che lavandoti tutta l'umidità resta lì!!) Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati su richiesta. Colazione mediocre! Rapporto qualità/prezzo discutibile! Con poco si può fare di più!!

Comodo per il parcheggio e facile da trovare. L’hotel si presenta abbastanza bene e il personale è gentile. Purtroppo però la mia camera non era pulitissima, ho trovato capelli in bagno e polvere , purtroppo essendo allergica, ho subito problemi di respirazione. Non ho segnalato il problema perché mi sono fermata solo una notte per lavoro e sono arrivata in stanza tardi la sera. Peccato perché un hotel a 4 stelle dovrebbe stare attento ai dettagli ed offrire un servizio adeguato, oltretutto perché in questa zona non è facile trovare hotel di qualità

Ho pernottato due vinte in questa struttura nel centri di Belluno. Ho trovato la camera ampia, pulita con un bagno con doccia molto spaziosa. Buono il materasso . Per un 4 stelle non ho trovato: il set di cortesia, spazi comuni dove stare, la sala colazione molto “minimal” ed anche la colazione direi essenziale soprattutto nella qualità dei prodotti. Molto buono in compenso il rapporto qualità /prezzo
