The Cottage is also within easy walking distance of the foodie and brew pub scenes on Newport and Galveston Avenues. Box Factory scene is 1.3 miles. Numerous upgrades, fresh interior paint. Cabinets repainted Nov. 2022. New Sofa Bed 2024.

~Large Bathroom with deep tub, tiled walls and multiple shower heads. Tankless water heater provides all the hot water one needs. Four sets of quality towels provided.
~Queen size bed all linens 700 thread count or higher. Sofa bed has a new gel/memory foam mattress.
~Private Off Street parking, Level 2 EV Charger, and private entry.
~2 HD televisions, 40" Smart TV in living room for video steaming for your NetFlix account and password protected Guest WiFi. HDTV in bedroom.

Excellent!
Clean, comfortable and well appointed property with very responsive and respectful hosts! We had a wonderful stay. We walked from the cottage to restaurants, breweries, the ice cream shop and the trail along the river. I cooked dinner and breakfast in the cottage and all cookware and utensils were easy to find and in good repair. Highly recommend!

Bend Vacation- Cottage 10/10
2nd Street Cottage is an adorable and convenient place to stay in Bend, Oregon. It is clean, well organized, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It is walking distance from the downtown square. Great suggestions on things to see and do were provided to us. The communication with host was excellent from booking through checkout. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Suberb location, immaculate and cozy
We didn’t want to leave this sweet, comfortable, clean cottage! It was marvelous to leave the car at home and walk to the river front and so many delightful eateries. Don was a wonderful host who anticipated all our needs. The garden was divine with a stunning paper bark birch tree and a family of 4 deer outside the kitchen table window. This cottage was very well planned (outlets just where you need them) and well equipped (nice kitchenware!). We hope to return soon.

Looking forward to our next visit
The cottage had everything we needed for our visit to downtown Bend area. We were in a very short walking distance to the wonderful river path and the old downtown Bend area - both of which we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay; comfortable bed, stocked kitchen, beautiful patio area for relaxing, perfectly clean and stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. Don is a great host - attentive without being intrusive. Bonus for us, the electric charging for our car worked smoothly and conveniently for our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to return, as Bend area has so much more to explore than we had time to visit and the cottage is ideal for relaxation time as well.

Bend Cottage
A really lovely cottage just a couple of blocks from the Bend downtown and historic district. Very nice amenities- everything was thought of. Perfect for a couple to getaway to Bend. A five minute walk to the Mirror Pond Veterans Park
