這次入住亞朵酒店體驗感非常好，主要特別感謝兩位小姐姐，鬱玲和路桐。因為第二天要參加考試，所以格外敏感各種聲音，前前後後換了幾次房間，我都覺得自己事多，特別不好意思，但鬱玲小姐姐一直態度特別好，非常耐心的帶我選房間換房間，全程笑嘻嘻的，也沒有不耐煩，路桐經理還幫我升級了更加隔音的高級套房，最後我向鬱玲小姐姐要了她們的姓名，特地來對她們個人表示感謝並給與好評！ 沒有對比就沒有差距。訂房時我就説了要安靜的遠離馬路的房間，還説給我安排好了，可到店一個小姐姐還是給我開了個離馬路近的房間，就找她換了一次房，就態度非常低沉，我不知道是什麼原因，是因為讓我開會員我沒開？是我增加了她的工作量？是本來性格就是這樣的，我多想了？咋鬱玲小姐姐給人就是特別好的感覺？還説沒房間了，等她交班以後，就有房間了？是鬱玲小姐姐會變出來空房間嗎？即使沒有房間，如果有積極的想解決問題的態度，可能讓客人也比較容易接受其他方案。低沉的態度，乾巴巴的語言，我以為亞朵的員工都是這樣。本來體驗感特別差，準備差評投訴的，但是因為鬱玲小姐姐，讓我徹底改**度，因此也改變了對亞朵的態度，因為鬱玲小姐姐，這是一次非常好的入住體驗，以後有出行需要還會預訂亞朵。 如果一個員工的作為可以讓很多顧客對某個店甚至某個品牌產生好感，從而產生用户粘性，進而帶來更多消費，那我覺得這樣的員工應該得到公司多種形式的激勵。
