La location est bonne.café partout dans le coin.salle spacieuse.seul une partie de la salle de douche eau chaude et froide courent abruptment.seul mauvais est le nourriture.fait mauvais goût.démange de choix.déficit de nourriture.

The FO staff is nice and friendly, work fast, and when i check in, the hotel is crowd, turn out this hotel was usually use for government gathering event. When i checkout i notice there are 2 school event on the same day celebrate graduation day. The hotel rate is good rate for planning events here. I also get good price deal through this apps. On weekend so many tourist stay here and they also provided shuttle bus on schedule. I like the welcome drink, it taste good. THE ROOM SIZE IS BIG and spacious even for superior type of room, on other hotel it might be deluxe size already. For Family, i guess this hotel is verry good to bring kids, because they got swimming pools for adults and kids. The communal toilet on first floor is clean, and they took fire hazard prevention verry seriously, because i notice some spot is well equipped with the fire extinguisher and big water hose. Even they got staff scheduled on board written not far from swimming pools access. They got billiard tables for guest to play and live music every night when i stay there. They got Pub/Club if want to spend time with friends. I like the room, because its soundproof, complete amneties, fast dry hair dryer and clean bathup. I wish i can put more photos than 20 picture. Near Golden Prawn Restaurant, walking distance. Even the security guard is polite and always smile. Verry good service. Its worth every penny to stay at this hotel. I really recommend to stay here. Dont get fooled by outside old looks, because inside interior is well maintain.

Nous sommes récemment mariés, nous avons une courte distance de Singapour. Nous avons demandé des décorations spéciales sur le lit et ils l'ont fait, si belles. Ils nous permettent de garder les bagages avant et après notre check-in à l'heure. Le petit déjeuner est un ordre quand vous vous connectez, avec un choix et nous choisissons le petit déjeuner américain, et surprenant ils ont aussi de l'insalade et du buffet de déssert. Nous réservons le spa (20% de réduction), ils nous organisent pour deux chambres même nous réservons un autre massage. Les mosquitos sont les seuls mauvaises choses qui se produisent, car le lobby est ouvert et quand nous attendons l'enregistrement et le stockage des bagages, mon mari est ennuyé plus de 5 fois. La chambre est située à proximité du Santorini, à 7 minutes à pied, et à proximité de la cuisine.

Great place, quiet, excellent staff, friendly black cat too🐈⬛️ The place has no lift, but everything was accessible. They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside...

We recently stayed at Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention for a family vacation, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the kids absolutely loved it! There was also a lovely play area and family-friendly activities that kept everyone entertained. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, with fresh options for both adults and children. The location was convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to plan day trips and outings. Overall, Sahid Batam Center Hotel and Convention made our family trip stress-free and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend it to other families.
