Espectacular hotel siempre tienes ganas de volver las habitaciones perfectas el personal de 10 y la comida buenísima por algo esta lleno el hotel y los comentarios son muy buenos. Me encanta 🥰

If you can stand rude, judgemental reception staff who don't really like the English this is the hotel for you. Lights out seem to be before 1 am and a very Spanish orientated hotel , actually never experienced anything like it in Benidorm before

Very nice Hotel. Exceptionally clean. I really enjoyed the food although not to everyones taste but wonderful selection. I also thoroughly enjoyed the Spanish entertainment each night. It was fascinating to watch the locals dancing. I found the dining room and bed room staff very pleasant and helpful. Not so the reception staff. They were rude and arrogant especially the male staff in particular the younger guy. He left my transfer paper work thrown to the side all day and never informed me. It was faxed at 10.09 am and I must have passed him at least 4 times that day and he just ignored me. I finally received it late that evening from a female receptionist who just happened to find it.!!! On the morning I left I went to reception with my door card. He never spoke or said thank you or safe journey. Just a rude scowl on his face. I'm 72. Never again would I stay or recommend this hotel. All due to the reception staff

The pillows where hard to sleep on they did fine a softer one The hotel restaurant staff hovering over you and talking plates when just finished put can not fault Bar staff was very good and all the staff were very good and every where was nice and clean

The hotel was perfect for our Christmas 5 day stay. Clean, comfortable rooms including a disabled room for me. Good food and a good selection in the dining area. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommended this hotel. Reasonably close to the sea front. Hope to return.

Christmas with friends. Decorations are out standing really fabulous when we first walked in wow. Xmas Eve had our evening meal before going out. Manager was very bossy told us to go when one person was still eating?. One off. Christmas Day was fabulous cocktails decoration of the tables food was excellent was all served hot. The staff knew exactly what to do service was outstanding. Every guest got a Xmas present. All staff came out at once through the restaurant was really lovely. Rooms are clean and made up daily. Avoid first floor rooms very noisy from kitchens air con units and you get woken up very early staff shouting to each other and throwing things about Reception are very friendly and professional one lady tried to help us when we left a bag on the coach. Bar staff professional friendly and helpful We have all said we would return next year same time. Entertainment was hit and miss not our cup of tea very for very older generation and more Spanish but we are in Spain. Had one horrible experience with a guest who put his hand in my face over the toaster unacceptable and I told him he was very rude. Poor lady next to me was so frightened of this man I made her toast for her. Suggestion for hotel with the amount of people staying in the hotel 2 toast machines are required one is not sufficient.

This is our last night in the hotel and it’s really wonderful experience had the most amazing time with good food and drinks the staff from reception,restaurant,cleaning and especially the Bar staff are all so professional and friendly theHotel is spotless and very welcoming

Thoroughly recommend this Hotel , I read mixed reports but have used this group before and found they offer a great level of service with competitive pricing. Location was perfect sitting on the edge of both sides of Benidorm. Staff were lovely , food was good always serving something that was tasty to eat and plenty variety. I think sometimes people expect too much , but for me I paid a little with a big return provided. . ..
