Avis : Courtyard Cancun Airport

Terrible service. TV not working , sent a complaint about the fan in the washroom not working as well. Wouldn’t recommend

Had a booking via Trip.com that i had to modify in advance once due to urgent family matters, i rebooked for 2 days later. Unfortunately 1 flight delay caused me to miss 2 more flights and I couldn't get to Cancun for the night of the booking. I informed Trip.com and they attempted to get the hotel to cancel the booking. I was then stuck in Cancun the next morning and I requested Trip.com to ask the hotel if I could just modify the booking for that day instead of cancelling outright. However after waiting in the airport for over 3 hours for the hotel to respond to Trip.com agents, I gave up and had to book elsewhere. The hotel eventually responded that night and obviously refused the modification and have since refused to refund me at all. It's incredibly disappointing considering the circumstances were way way beyond my control, and I since attempted to then get it rebooked for a day later rather than cancel completely. Clearly this hotel are more interested in taking advantage of their guests purely for financial gain rather than facilitating them in their hour of need. Thought a Marriot hotel would be better than that but clearly management in Cancun are not. Do not recommend!

Very conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle service worked perfectly.

Shuttle & Location. Comfort and cleanness

Hotel nearby the airport around 10 min drive. There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/… The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport. Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.

This place is beautiful it’s clean and close to the airport plus free shuttle!! And with the prices of taxi it’s worth it

호텔 근처에 공항이 있어서 위치적으로 매우 좋습니다. 호텔 입구 근처에 편의 점도 있고요~ 1년 전애 방문 했을때 보다 시설이 개선 돤 느낌을 받있습니다. 미팅 테이블(개별적으로 분리된) 같은 공간이 여러 개 있었고요. 방안에 습도도 딱 편안할 정도 입니다. 공항근처에서 편안하게 휴식하기 좋은 호텔입니다. 청결도를 낮게 평가한 것은 제가 예약한 방 냉장고에서 이전에 식사한 음식물이 들어 있어서 낮게 평가했습이다. 다른 청결도 부분애서는 문제가 없습니다. 청소, 매트릭스 다 깨끗합니다.

스칼렛 가기 전에 하루 잠만 자면서 쉴 곳으로 정한 숙소였습니다. 생각보다 여기 라운지에서 먹은 멕시코 음식이 맛있어서 한국에 들어와서도 생각이 나더라구요 ㅎㅎ 근처 편의점에서 과자 사서 편하게 쉬었습니다 추천해요

ぱっと見清潔と思いきや冷蔵庫の上にあったコーヒー、ペットボトルのお盆の周辺に蟻がたくさんいました。 ホテルの掃除のスタッフが外にいたのですぐ綺麗にしてもらうようにお願いしました。 わたしたちが外出中に対応してくれて蟻はいなくなっていましたが、その周辺は気持ち悪くて近づけませんでした。 アメニティのコーヒーバックも飲まずに置いて帰りました。 死者の日でしたのでフロント前には写真のような飾りつけがありました。

空港送迎が24時間な点が非常に便利でした。トランジットやフライト直前、フライト直後の1泊におすすめです。アメニティも充実していて、清潔感がありました。

住了一晚 想着離機場近方便 有免費接機服務還不錯 到了機場打電話給前台即可 房間總體還行 但是枕頭和床單有些臟的印記 不知道是不是沒有清洗乾淨 這點不太滿意 其他服務比如行李寄存等 和早餐總體都還不錯

房間整體符合這個價位的水平，餐廳東西不太好吃。唯一一點是到店多收了一些税的錢，攜程上顯示是50多比索，實付150，當時太累了沒反應過來，不然是要好好問他一下的。在坎昆其他地方住宿税是60比索，而且房費還比這家貴，就是旁邊的Fairfield，連在海邊的hyatt酒店四千多一晚，税也不過80多比索

房間很大，出去有商店，就是外面沒有吃東西的地方衹能在裏面吃，有免費接送機很方便
