L'hôtel semble un peu délabré. J'ai lu les commentaires ici avant de réserver et quelqu'un a mentionné un trou dans le carrelage de la salle de bain et la direction de l'hôtel a répondu en disant que la maintenance serait appelée. Ce commentaire date d'il y a quelques années et le trou est toujours là. J'étais dans le bâtiment annexe qui est définitivement plus délabré. Peut-être qu'il faudrait réinvestir une partie de l'argent dans l'hôtel ? De plus, les clients de la chambre à côté de la mienne organisaient une fête mais le personnel a mis fin à l'événement après leur avoir parlé. J'ai séjourné dans environ 12 hôtels au cours des cinq dernières semaines en voyageant à travers l'Europe et cet hôtel est tout près du bas de la liste, ce qui est surprenant car je m'attendais à plus de la part de la Norvège de mon voyage. Le personnel était très sympathique, c'est juste dommage que la direction de l'hôtel n'utilise pas ses bénéfices au profit de l'hôtel et du personnel.

Emplacement et petit déjeuner fantastiques. Chambre non nettoyée, sol en verre, etc. J'ai juste vidé les poubelles et nettoyé les serviettes. Tout le reste était parfait.

Bon emplacement, et le petit déjeuner buffet est inclus. Le buffet est vraiment bon et le choix de nourriture est varié.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Scandic hotel. There are three buildings in total, and it seems that only the main building has renovated rooms. We were given a room in one of the side buildings. We wouldn’t have minded an older room – if it hadn’t been for all the issues: stains and holes in the walls, visible dirt on the sink and beneath the toilet tank, damaged curtains, a dirty fridge, a worn-out towel, and poorly insulated windows that made it sound like they were open whenever a truck passed by. In addition, there were no power outlets near the beds or in the bathroom – only one near the TV and one on the floor where a floor lamp was plugged in. The lampshade was stained, and it was uncomfortably warm in the room even in early May. There was no air conditioning. In the bathroom, an old, yellowed wall-mounted hairdryer was installed, and although a newer one was provided in the room, there was no socket in the bathroom to use it. During booking, it was not clear which building the room would be in, or whether it would be a renovated room – this lack of transparency is very disappointing. On the positive side: the reception and lobby were modern and renovated, and the breakfast buffet was – as expected from Scandic – rich and delicious. Still, we checked out after just one night and found another hotel. From Scandic and a 4-star hotel, we expected much better.

This is a review for Scandic ornen since the hotel was unable to find the roomfor our booking so we were relocated to Scandic Ornen. It was great. Nice room and staff.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the train station and light rail station for the airport. The breakfast is good. We came back after away for the 3-day Norway in a Nutshell tour. We left our suitcases in the hotel storage room while we were away and travelled relatively hand-free.

The hotel is in city center the room is clean and the bathroom is large and clean .good pressure hot water.the breakfast is excellent very big variety as usual at scandic .the lobby is nice with fireplace

Buffet breakfast was good. Room is rather spacious for 2 people, we can lay down and open 2 suitcases simultaneously at ease. Some hangers, ironing board, hair dryer provided. Staff was nice.
