La chambre est très confortable (café et bien équipé), mais l'expérience est plutôt faible. Nous avons eu la chambre de changement deux fois en raison de fuites dans le système de climatisation. Le personnel de votre chambre est également appelé par le téléphone de la chambre, ils ne sont pas pris en charge. Surprise, vous payez pour le gym, chaque fois que vous l'utilisez: 15 € par personne. Le spa n'est pas ouvert, parce que l'hôtel a récemment ouvert (?). Il est clair que l'hôtel est sensiblement sous-dépôté et que le niveau de service est faible. La réduction des coûts est compréhensible après la couche, mais nous avons l'impression que les coûts demandés pour construire ce lieu étaient élevés, et que cette réduction des coûts pourrait rendre ce lieu rentable pendant longtemps à l'avenir. La location est bonne, près du bon fonctionnement des transports publics.

bon hôtel situé dans le quartier turc. Calme, rien à faire autour de l'hôtel. Station tramway à 150 m. Coût du taxi pour aller place de Paris (porte de Brandebourg) 17 euros. Petit déjeuner très bien, varié, copieux, viennoiseries excellentes. Repas au restau de l'hôtel uniquement sous forme de buffet correct sans plus pas très varié et desserts moyens. Chambre vaste avec au premier au moins une hauteur de 4m sous plafond (on est dans une ancienne usine), c'est propre, literie confortable douche très agréable 1m x 1m. La chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure donc très calme, pas un bruit. Une mention pour le barman: pas sympa qui vous interpelle pendant l'apéro en montrant sa montre et en criant ”essen” parce que vous débordez de 5 mn l'horaire prévu (repas fixé exceptionnellement pour nous à 19h30 au lieu des 18h30 normalement prévus), mais les serveuses au restaurant petit dej ou repas étaient charmantes.

I was on a family trip to Berlin from Denmark and we made the mistake and chose this hotel! It started when we arrived my wife wanted to use the toilet from the lobby and she couldn’t get out! We used almost and hour to get her out! They didn’t have the right people (the handymen) to get her out. After that we got our room and the room was fine. My wife wanted to give our 6 month baby a shower when she finished, the water was alll over the toilet and into our room. Because there was holes on the shower floor (pictures are down below) We then went down to the reception, and told them the situation. She said that the cleaning lady will come up and clean even though we told her that the shower floor had holes and that was the issue. The cleaning lady came up and cleaned and left and told us there was nothing wrong. We thought okay 👍🏻 A couple of hours my wife took a shower and again there was water all over the bathroom and out into our bedroom under the baby bed and under the refrigerator!!!!!!!! They didn’t care about the health which is the most important especially when you have a little baby!!! I went down again showed the lady from the reception the video so she could see that there was holes. She said she couldn’t do anything and the cleaning lady has left (the time was around 12:30 am at night) I got angry because it wasn’t healthy to sleep there and she just refused to help!!!! We stayed in the room and couldn’t sleep. The next day I went down to hear if there was anything new about our situation about the room, but no one knew anything about the situation, so then I should tell the whooole story again and again. The guest manager at the reception could see that there was a big problem after seeing the videos! She then offered us free breakfast for the three days we were staying there. We said ok to the offer but we wasn’t happy but we accepted it because we just wanted to enjoy our weekend vacation! And then we thought that everything was good ! But now it all started to go downhill again !!! The first day we went down to eat breakfast. The lady wouldn’t allow us in, because we wasn’t on the list. And then we should tell her the story for the 20th time ! She then let us in, and we were now so mad !!! We start to eat and another lady called rim ( blond curly hair) interrupted us and asked us if we ordered breakfast, and then we told her our situation again ( we were so mad because it was so unprofessional and none of the staff speaks together) Rim told us ok after told her the story ! The morning after it all happened again with a new employer ! Then we had enough and went straight to the reception and demanded to speak with the person who was I charge here in the hotel. A lady came and she said that she was the manager of the day! And we then explained the story agaain. She was so sorry and the woman from the morning before Rim came and also joins our conversation and both of them could see the issue and were so sorry. Ri

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le bar, qui est ouvert 24h, est fermé à 10 h. Un peu plus tard, je suis descendu pour acheter de l'eau et des chips du kiosque, puis un type est apparu et m'a dit, en allemand, ce n'était pas possible. Le kiosque était également fermé. Il n'a pas parlé un mot d'anglais, mais comme je l'ai compris, la réception serait sans personnel pour le reste de la nuit. Il a dit qu'il était le type de sécurité (si j'avais raison). Ont été très chauds et très chauds, le gars du lobby n'avait aucune idée de ce que je disais. Je suis allé au lit et je me suis réveillé dans la chambre très froide, pas encore de chaleur. Je me suis senti peu mal aussi. Très déçu de ce séjour depuis mon dernier séjour était agréable. Normalement je profite de la marque Moxy, avec ses bars vivants et ainsi de suite. Mais cet hôtel était juste froid et stupide. Il était un vrai plaisir de se rendre à l'hôtel AC, où le bar est ouvert et les radiateurs en chambre fonctionnent. Sur une note positive - j'aime la localisation. Le centre commercial Gesundbrunnen est juste à travers la rue. La gare est donc - avec connexions directes à l'aéroport de Berlin (deux heures). Vous pouvez facilement vous rendre à Berlin à partir de cette localisation. Il y a un REWE debout en route - ouvert jusqu'à minuit. Although this hotel had many good qualities it also had its downsides. I went with my school in April 2023 - for reference Pros - Breakfast was very good and had some unique and interesting equipment such as a self making pancake machine- which was very popular and the pancakes were great! - The range of food was broad and there was something for everyone to enjoy - I especially liked the edible wafer cups to put contiments in e.g Nutella -I thought the free juice machine at the breakfast buffet was very cool although it did break a few times, but was fixed very quickly -The hotel has a good location as it is very close to various sightseeing areas and a train station -The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathrooms were quite big (in most rooms) Cons -Poor ventilation in bathrooms, although many of the bathrooms were decently sized some were very small and had no windows and so the smell could sometimes become over bearing - this was demonstrated by my friend fainting -Although the hotel promised cleaning during our stay we saw no evidence of this, except for a few new toilet rolls being added to the bathroom -The staff were blunt and rude to us, when we attempted to get some water, they banished us to the cellar very aggressively - The basement (game room/teen hangout) was very nice although the vending was unreliable as it swallowed my friends money. -The shelf in the bathroom was inconveniently placed and when you picked up anything of the shelf all your belongings would fall to the floor - due to the placing of the toilet underneath the shelf, all of my bathroom things fell in the toilet which was unfortunate and very frustrating! -The rooms were very hot at night and leaving the window open at night was 100% necessary, I can imagine in summer this would be much worse as bugs and creatures could enter the rooms, I suggest investing in AC. Overall this was an okay experience for my school although I can imagine for families staying in the hotel it could be annoying to hear children running around and screaming loudly! Definitely no place for families but pretty okay for large groups and schools

L’auberge de jeunesse est très bien situé (transports en communs juste devant, cathédrale et île aux musée à moins de 15 minutes à pieds). Les chambres sont très spacieuses. L’auberge est immense mais tout est bien insonorisé, j’ai très bien dormi. L’auberge de jeunesse possède un bar, un café, un espace détente,… l’ambiance était super. Enfin, le personnel est très sympathique et toujours disponible.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de type très chic et très confortable. Il y a des écrans montrant une planète ou des étoiles qui se déplacent vers le bas pour ajouter à la station spatiale sentiment. Les pods sont très confortables avec la novité de différentes éclairage. Les portes sont fermées et vous avez besoin d'un bouton pour les ouvrir à nouveau (nous ouvrerons le capitaine de la serrure d'air haha), et il se sent vraiment comme de nombreux films de sci-fi ou jeux de console. Les lavabos sont les plus propres et les plus luxueux que j'aie jamais vu dans un endroit partagé. Plus comme un corridor avec des salle de bains privée individuelle, vous pouvez vous arrêter. Moderne boucle et très propre. Wi-Fi est bon comme nous l'avons attendu/demande. La zone locale a été sûre et a été un promenade gérée pour quelqu'un qui s'adapte à la Porte de Brandebourg, par exemple à une demi-heure. La zone de Checkpoint Charlie est vraiment proche de donner une orientation. Il y a un Lidl près pour manger et une grande variété de bière. Mais pas difficile à trouver des restaurants. Les bus vont dehors et régulièrement. Une fois négative, les ponts supérieurs sont accessibles par des escaliers flottants et un mannequin pour vous faire monter. Il peut être un peu difficile et totalement inadapté pour tout le monde malade.

On a été en couple pour un concours de danse, mais avec deux arrêts de métro et une station. Lors de l'arrivée, le check-in automatique semble très froid parce que vous ne trouvez pas personnel pour vous accueillir mais ce matin il y a pour le petit déjeuner et ils sont gentils et disponibles. Conseil spécial pour la nettoyage

Parce que l'autre type de chambre est réglé le lendemain, le personnel de ménage est très serviable pour changer de chambre, nous n'avons pas à revenir spécialement, la circulation et les commerces à proximité sont très pratiques ! Super recommandé
