Except room, head side of the bed electric switches installed which was not good and due to corner room height of the room to low ceiling (one side of the room)and not comfortable

Nice old fashioned hotel 5 min walk from Alexanderplatz. Very helpful desk staff.

古色古香的酒店和房間，套房，一家三口住很舒適。去柏林主要景區也都可步行，附近餐廳也多，離中國駐德使館也不遠。推薦！

アメニティは揃っており、キッチンもついていたのでとても便利でした。電子レンジがあるのがとてもよかったです。 ホテルから一番近い駅が徒歩30秒ほどのところにあるので、電車を利用する際は便利です！ 泊まった部屋の窓際にカラスがおり、長時間いたためスタッフの方にお伝えしたところ、プラスチックでできた偽の鳥だとのこと。理由は聞かなかったのですが、鳥がリアルに見えるようにできていたので少し不快でした。

Good location. Pleasant stay. Whilst the amenities were good, the communication was average (i.e. didn't know there was a sauna across road until my friend found out on website) and there was not a lot provided (i.e. in terms of tea - two bags) and no bath robe.. also no advice offered for stay.. but otherwise no complaints.

Though a bit expensive, it is an outstanding property right in the heart fo Berlin. Rooms are large, comfortable beds, safes, trouser presses, more than adequate storage space - and a river view of the Spree river ! What more can one ask for !! Excellent public transport within a couple fo minutes by foot ( both bus and Bahn ), meticulous housekeeping and a warm and friendly reception staff ( Sandra and Jonathan in particular ). The free access to sauna wasn an icing on the cake with two excellent gourmet restaurants on campus ( Arabic and Indian) which made for a great culinary adventure as well thrown in. If at all there was a scope for improvement I would suggest : 1) Some English channels like BBC,CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg and Al Jazeera to cater to non German speaking international guests 2) A service lift would have been most helpful as the wait for thelift durig service movements was really frustrating 3) Lack of AC may be a serious issue during summers Overall a superb property which I would enthusiastically recommend !

We had a family room (2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) with a small kitchen, which came in very handy. One bedroom was much larger then the other and was used as 'livingroom' as well. The smaller bedroom was missing a few practical things, such as a lamp on the ceiling and a night table next to one side of the bed because of a lack of space. The pillows look nice, but are a bit too soft. The bathrooms were fine, a nice extra are the infrared lamps on the ceilings there. We had breakfast included, but for 14 euros a person I expected a bit more. Scrambled or fried eggs cost 4,50 euros extra, which I think is ridiculous, should be included. Next time I'd skip the breakfast and go somewhere else. All-in-all a nice place to stay, good location, nice and quiet and friendly staff. There's an underground garage close-by where you can park your car, entrance card for it is available at the reception (17 euro/day).

Lovely staff, very clean. The furniture was a bit outdated but the beds were comfortable. There was a stand-up fan in the room which we really needed as the noise from outside was quite bad in the evenings. The hotel is attached to an Indian restaurant- extremely overpriced and the worst Indian food I've ever had in my life.

Great position, staff super nice and helpful. Hotel very nice and clean, close to the main attractions and in front of metro and bus. I definitely recommend this hotel to have a relaxed and sophisticated stay in berlin
