C'est un beau, simple hôtel. Nous avons eu un séjour agréable. Bien, le prix ne peut être attendu de luxe. Les chambres étaient simplement équipées et l'installation était un peu épuisée. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et propres. Le personnel était gentil et utile. Le petit déjeuner était un peu simple, mais bon. Le désavantage est que l'ascenseur ne tient que pendant les jours intermédiaires, l'hôtel n'est donc pas accessible.La situation sur une grande route de vente et une station de métro est favorable, Dans le même temps, l'hôtel est également très accessible avec la voiture et il y a des parkings gratuits sur la rue à proximité. Il est également offert un parking privé gratuit. Toutes les nuits sont abordables mais agréables. Quiconque cherche un logement bon marché pour un voyage en ville peut accepter quelques abstinences et souhaite un séjour agréable, c'est exactement ce qui est en droit.

Nous sommes arrivés à cet hôtel tard le soir. Contrôle rapide et efficace. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres entre les 3 d'entre nous. La chambre que j'étais dans avait une zone de salon. Une chambre et une salle de bain. Il était très propre mais fondamental. La chambre de mes amis avait une chaudière et des boissons dans leur chambre. La chambre était chaude et les lits/toiles étaient immaculés. La salle de bain était petite mais suffisante pour ce que j'avais besoin. La réception est dotée d'un bar/lounge 24h qui a beau. Latte's was3E each and had a basic menu in the evening of various pizza's which I think was 7E. The staff was very friendly nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was 10E buffet style. Le petit déjeuner de bacon est très bon, mais vous pouvez vous rendre aux marchés de Noël. Nous avons été à 2 taxis seulement parce que nous étions les premiers visiteurs et que nous n'avions pas de charges de temps.

Je réserve toujours cet hôtel pour ma mère lorsqu'elle visite Berlin, il est proche de beaux magasins et cafés et dans un quartier agréable. Le personnel est serviable et a également proposé d'imprimer ses cartes d'embarquement pour les vols du lendemain. Elle ne réserve généralement pas avec le petit-déjeuner, donc je ne peux pas en parler.

I chose this hotel as I was touring Berlin with a friend for a few days, but he was arriving a couple of days later than me. This proved to be a great option in terms of budget, distance from the city centre and proximity to public transport. Once you come up the steps from the U-Bahn at Siemenssdamm, it’s immediately to your right. The member of staff in the reception was warm and friendly and spoke very good English as my German is not very good after studying it a little at school 25 years ago. The room was large, very clean, and well-equipped. It was too warm for me, and turning the air con down didn’t help, but the window opens very wide. The bathroom also had a bath which was a bonus. The bed is firm which I really enjoyed, but I appreciate that won’t be to everyone’s liking. I’m sure I requested the room not to be serviced but the maid had been in every day. I didn’t use the TV but the Wi-Fi was a little patchy and slow at times. There is plenty of plug sockets including one near the bed. There was a soft light on the floor lamp and a desk lamp which was great. I had the buffet breakfast one morning, which had a great and varied selection of hot and cold food, this included cereals, bread, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, sausages, fresh juice, tea, and coffee. There is a supermarket across the road open till 10 pm, which was handy to get food for dinner. Yeah, it is quiet, and felt safe. I couldn’t hear any noise from any adjacent rooms. If I’m visiting Berlin in the future on my own, I will probably stay here again.

Although the location and price for this hotel is great, the rooms themselves were disappointing. When entering the room for our first night I was immediately concerned about the room, with some wall fittings falling off, what seemed to be a lack of smoke alarm, one small bedside lamp and a tv relatively small and far from the bed along with only one alternative chair. Despite these shortcomings the room is quite spacious and beds relatively fine, with somewhat good soundproofing on the windows to stop the noise of the busy streets. Although these negatives would have been outweighed by the positives, we also had no room cleaning our entire 6 night stay which was highly disappointing. We would be awakened by the cleaners relatively early in the morning however usually we slept through this first attempt to clean. Most hotels would assume someone is asleep and come back and clean after they have gone about their day however this did not occur for our entire trip duration. To make matters worse we had no toilet roll replacements and had to source our own. In addition, on our 5th night they did Infact enter our room, they did Not take our overflowing bin, towels from the specified pick up area, change our sheets or make our beds or clean any portion of the room as expected of them. All they did was give us toilet roll. Very disappointing considering the ideal location for the hotel and the price.(although much cheaper than anywhere else in the area so some disappointment to be expected)

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons payé la taxe touristique et une chambre-clé pour notre chambre. Nous avons payé en ligne environ 80 Euro par nuit et nous avons une chambre avec trois lits à l'arrière. La chambre était propre et simple. Un bureau avec une télévision à écran large, une salle de douche avec WC et une lave-linge. La douche était bonne, mais nous n'aimions pas les curtains. L'eau serait chaude pendant environ cinq minutes mais elle ne nous dérange pas. La nettoyage quotidien avec de nouveaux serviettes et serviettes. Le matin vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner mais vous devez payer pour cela. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la Kurfurstenstrasse et de la Dame, à proximité de la métro et des bus.

By the time this incident happened, I have already completed a 4 days stay in the hotel and was willing to increase my stay. For that purpose, I went to Mrs. Hausweld and asked to please consult the availability and the price of the rooms for extra nights. In response, I was told that the final price, including the city tax for 3 additional nights would be 350 euros with breakfast included. Consequently, I was willing to go along with that reservation and requested to pay by card. Afterward, then Mrs. Hausweld offered me the POS terminal to go along with the payment, and the amount ascended to 419 euros. Due to that unexpected difference, I kindly asked for an explanation and was told that 419 euros were the final price, and if I was not happy with it I would need to leave the hotel immediately. As a result, I kindly refused to pay that amount and asked her to please consult the price for two nights instead of three. In response to that, the front desk manager told me that no more rooms were available for me and that I needed to check out now and leave the hotel. Following that conversation, I went on Booking.com and reserved a room for the same days, without breakfast, and surprisingly rooms were still available. Next, I went to the front desk and asked to please pay for my booking Mrs. Hausweld looked at me in an unfriendly manner and told me she could not find any reservation. After 5 minutes of searching, she could finally open my booking. Then, although I already provided a credit card in my booking, she asked me to show it to her because she was not believing that it was not mine. I answered that the card was in effect mine and offered her to have a look, but it did not have any numbers on it. So she got ahead to request me to write down my credit card details, including the CVV code, on a piece of paper as ”a security”. Afterward, I was asked again by her if I would like breakfast or not, despite I selected the no breakfast option on booking.com. A moment later I was offered the POS terminal to pay by card, which stated an amount 30 euros higher that the price I booked the room for on this site. Due to the reoccurrence of the same, previous situation again, I refused to pay and respectfully asked her why the price was higher again. Mrs. Hauweld answered in a very disrespectful manner that I asked her to have breakfast included and that I was confusing her again. After that situation, I kindly asked them to speak with her supervisor. She answered, that she had no supervisor and was the only person working in the hotel for the whole weekend. That experience left me in complete disbelief of her professionality and her being in that important role in the hotel. However, despite that bad experience with that particular staff member, I would like to note that the other front desk managers were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre ville avec une station de métro à 3 minutes. Le personnel était très sympathique, la propreté était bonne, le seul inconvénient était que la chambre était petite. Dans l'ensemble, des critiques plus que positives.

L'hôtel est très bien situé ; on peut faire à pied une grande partie des sites à visiter de la ville. Le personnel est dévoué, les chambres plus que correctes et le calme, la nuit est fort appréciable. Nec plus ultra un sauna facile d'accès et confortable. Idéal pour se relaxer après avoir parcouru la ville. L'esthétique de l'hôtel et ses oeuvres d'art exposées constituent un plus car il est toujours agréable de séjourner dans des lieux voués à l'art comme celui-ci.

Literie confortable, l'hôtel est très bien situé pour se rendre à l'aéroport avec la gare alexanderplatz et la ligne s9 en 40 minutes. Un grand mall près de l'hôtel et pleins de transports, tram et bus et trains pour se rendre dans différents coins de la ville. Hôtel situé près de la fameuse tour tv qui nous a servi de repère tout au long de notre séjour. Lr personnel est très aimable et serviable. Déjeuner un peu cher mais très bon, et dommage qu'il manque un fer à repasser dans la chambre. Sinon très bon séjour.
