We have just finished updating/renovating/remodeling this house in 2024. All new bathrooms downstairs (3), new flooring upstairs, new deck, updated outside shower, new artwork. Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway in prestigious North Bethany, this gated community offers oceanfront and oceanside multilevel vacation homes with easy access to a private beach. Level two has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, laundry room, living, dining, kitchen area and large oceanfront deck on the front and entry deck. Level three has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. June 1 - September 15 require a 7 night minimum. Check in and check out on Fridays (except for this August).
