Excellents fonctionnaires. Hôtel avec petits chambres mais confortables. Malheureusement, j'ai trouvé une cher dans la chambre. La chambre était propre, mais probablement pas correctement détecté. Il n'avait pas de papier sur la salle de bain, j'ai dû demander à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner est très complet, le parking est un peu strict, si c'est plein.

La chambre est spacieuse, le lit est très confortable, la vue de la chambre est belle. La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée 2 fois même après avoir été demandée. La chambre est un peu trop ”bar” et sombre à la nuit même avec toutes les lumières. De plus, avec presque aucune attractivité et salle de bains trop basique.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Summary: Novotel BH provides a comfortable stay, with an excellent on site restaurant, but some service quality issues with the front desk staff take the shine off the experience. The good: Room: room is large compared to other Novotel I have stayed at recently. Big, comfortable bed and a large, hot, high-pressure shower. Excellent black out curtains and in room AC. Nice views of the city as well and surrounding hills. I got to enjoy a spectacular lightning storm on my last night. Restaurant: the on site restaurant is excellent, so much so I left a seperate review for that. Sebastiao and the restaurant team are fantastic and so was the food. Housekeeping: thank you to the team for their excellent service each day. Including leaving me a nice note when they heard my guest was unwell the night before and provided new towels and sheets on request without any issues. The bad: Accor status recognition: there was no recognition of my gold status on check-in and the welcome gift was a strange keychain/bottle opener; rather than the standard water or food item that I would have much preferred. A welcome note was left in the room, but in Portuguese. Front desk: check-in was a rough experience. When I arrived there were four staff, none who were serving customers and they all nudged each other while giggling to gesture for someone else to serve me. This property does share an entrance with the adjacent Ibis Budget - from this experience I thought I may have entered the wrong hotel. There is extremely limited English spoken by the front desk staff as well, my check in was conducted via grunts and nods. Keycard: thankfully not as bad as my recent experience at the Novotel in Rio, but my keycard stopped working twice during my three night stay - forcing me to waste time going to the front desk. Conclusion: with some retraining and enhancements to the service provided by the front desk, this hotel could easily become a four star rating. Right now, it’s just average in my opinion.

Hôtel étrange. J'ai passé une semaine dans lui. L'hôtel a une piscine et une academie qui ont été désactivés pendant que nous étions à l'hôtel, on sait pourquoi. Voici des photos de la piscine. Et je suis passé du côté de la piscine. Et ils ont le courage de dire qu'il n'y avait pas de piscine à l'hôtel, mais c'est des détails, les gens ne semblent pas heureux de travailler là, d'une manière générale, on ne voit pas un sourire sur le visage, juste un comportement robotique. Excepté celui qui m'a répondu au restaurant au début de la nuit. Bien sympa. Pardon de ne pas me rappeler le nom. Et la servitrice qui nettoyait mon étage. Que sympathie! Dans l'ensemble, un hôtel OK. Pas de trampolines dans la chambre. Il y a un par personne, il est bas et très doux. Et il manque d'attention. Il y a moufe sur de nombreux points de la chambre. Je connais la saleté de l'air conditionné, car mon allergie a apparu et d'autres personnes qui ont été au même endroit. Les photos prouvent. Le café n'a pas de variété d'un jour à l'autre. Tout le temps la même chose. Ce n'est pas mauvais, mais chaque jour est compliqué dans une semaine.
