Omakase meal is provided for both dinner and breakfast. Seafood quality and food taste are great. The hotel provides fresh mountain cold water that comes from its spring in Asahidake onsen. The hotel has nice lounge which gives a cozy experience after eating a meal.

The hotel is very good price for onsen, dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. The location is very good.

The hotel was just okay. The onsen was not clean, and I’d rate the overall experience 5/10. You need to request shower amenities before entering your room—something I didn’t know, so I had to go back down to get them before showering. I also found a small worm in the bedsheets. However, the location is excellent. The hotel seems very nice online or I just took great photos I’m not sure.

Second time stay in this hotel. This is a nice hotel with a great onsen. Dinner and breakfast offer a variety of choices. Just beside 白须瀑布。

Onsen was awesome and nice location enjoying shirahigetaki.

I came with my family. It seems like a family oriented hotel - buffet menu and nothing to do in the hotel. The room had a gas heater which wasn’t very suitable for such a small room that we had to leave the window slightly open and run the air purifier on high all night. The staff were okay just doing their job but nobody spoke a single word of English. It took us extra 15 minutes wandering around the hotel as the google map location was not accurate. I very much liked the onsen amenities! They were great - head to toe care amenities. But its close location to Biei and the lake make up. I don’t think I’ll come back but for the very cheap price, you get what you pay for. Lesson very much learned!

Amazing ryokan. Perfect location just a stone throw away from Shirahige Waterfall. The Japanese tatami room was clean and spacious. The best is their onsen - both indoor and outdoor, with superb winter view. We love the food too! Will come back.

Service is exceptional, facilities are nice, food is nice, overall is nice and acceptable.

Good place to relax and take a break from the busy city life. Def won’t be disappointed! They even provide a free shuttle to bring hotel guests to the blue pond at night

Best experienced ever! Very recommend for couple or family. The hotel’s view was so amazing for us, everywhere so romance view for us. The room was so big and beautiful with Japanese room style. For the onsen was so good both inside & outside bath spring. Very easy to walk to Shirogane waterfall point only 2 minutes walk. Great hotel with reasonable price with 2 meals.

The bathroom is quite small. We rather book the traditional tatami room instead.
