Das Hoteltraube liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage am Rheinufer in Rüsselsheim Allerdings für behinderte Menschen ein absolutes no go. Der Service war nur dann gut , wenn ein gewisser Herr an der Rezeption war. Weibliche Personen schienen überfordert zu sein, dazu noch sehr launisch. Der Zimmerservice war ok aber nicht mehr. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen wie auch teilweise das Inventar. Die Betten in unserem Zimmer waren eine Katastrophe. Matratzen bis zum geht nicht mehr durch gelegen. Der Teppichfussbodem eine Dreckschleuder, voller Flecken und Risse. Ebenso die Teppiche in den Fluren. Einfach nur scheußlich. Bei näherem Hinsehen wurde auch schlecht gereinigt. In den Fensterrahmen hatten sich Spinngewebe mit kleinen toten Fliegen etc abgelegt, so auch bei den Fenstern im Frühstücksraum. Einfach nur ekelig. Die Fenstergardinen im Zimmer waren sicherlich mehr als 1 Jahr nicht gewaschen worden. Die übrige Ausstattung im Zimmer war zusammen gesucht. Das Schwimmbecken war aus betrieblichen Gründen geschlossen Auf den unteren Etagen viele Stufen und Treppen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Service war ok. Dieses Hotel kann lediglich mit einer guten Lage und einem guten Frühstück punkten, ansonsten mehr als bescheidenen. Maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nicht erneut in dieses Hotel verweilen.

Sur le Rhin, le paysage est très beau, la réception est très simple, les chambres sont bien, le petit déjeuner est super, il est également proche de la vieille ville et du centre-ville, et vous pouvez faire des croisières sur le Rhin à quai . C'est peut-être le meilleur hôtel de Bingen. Bingen a beaucoup décliné.

Cet hôtel se trouve au centre du ”Nouveau centre”. Comme nous étions là, les dommages à l'eau n'ont pas encore été réparés. L'entrée aux côtés des chaises de voiture a également fait ça. Les chambres sont assez grandes, propres et dans la salle de bain, il y a des verres en verre, pas de plastique. Les donneurs dans la savonne sont également un bon signe, pas de micro-emballage. Lits OK, TV grande et W-LAN ont également bien marché. La rivière est belle, un peu sombre, très clair? gare près, comme les magasins. La ville va bien ce que je pouvais voir ainsi. Voilà les recettes commerciales. La réception est au quatrième étage. Je suppose qu'elle descend quand le détriment de l'eau est réparé. Bon petit déjeuner avec tout le drum et le. Respect. De même, pour les deux femmes à la réception qui ont répondu souverainement à ma question d'une autre chambre, autrement, leur collègue qui a jugé ma question insensée.

Très bien, très bien situé, non seulement au cœur du quartier pittoresque de la ville, mais aussi à côté de la station de téléphérique en haut de la montagne. La clé est qu'il est bruyant, calme et propre. Le patron et les autres membres du personnel de service sont des habitants allemands, enthousiastes, sincères et gentils. Le premier étage est un restaurant, mais on estime que parce qu'il est trop fréquenté, ce n'est que pour les clients qui viennent boire, donc la soirée ne sera pas aussi bruyante que le restaurant. Le petit-déjeuner du client est servi au restaurant de cet étage. Par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel, le petit-déjeuner est complet, le pain cuit sur la maison, le café chaud dans une casserole et une casserole, l'environnement de restauration calme, la famille assise autour d'une table, ce voyage est l'une des meilleures expériences. Ruedesheim, ainsi que la vallée du Rhin, est une destination à visiter à nouveau.

Recently stayed at this lovely small hotel which is very nicely located centrally in Rudesheim but far enough away from train noise or busy streets, although there is a bar opposite we were unaffected by any noise being located in a Comfort Junior Suite in the eaves of the hotel. Our suite consisted of a small sitting area and bathroom on the entry level and two bedrooms up a spiral stairway, this would be my main issue that you had to negotiate this stairs in the night if you needed the bathroom, plus the dressing table and storage area for the outer bedroom was also downstairs. There was a little dressing table and some shelves in the inner bedroom but storage is quite minimal so be prepared to live mostly out of your suitcase. However despite these issues the room had air conditioning, was spotless, beds were comfortable and bathroom well proportioned with lots of storage and a good hairdryer, there was also a good sized fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was served in the beautiful little restaurant which was unfortunately closed this year, there was also a nice little courtyard area where you could eat, we had a lovely lady waiting on us each morning and her helpfulness and friendly nature made up for the frosty unwelcoming woman who checked us in upon arrival. English speaking guests should be aware that it can be difficult to be understood, many staff have little English and learning a few basic German phrases would be helpful, this whole area is not really geared up for the English speaking market and is more aimed at native clients, this is reflected in the food also but that was fine we were there to experience something different and enjoyed the fare although asking for decaff coffee proved very difficult in some places its a bit of a rarity apparently! Overall we were very happy with our accommodation and thought it good value for money, maybe keep the frosty lady away from reception to ensure first impressions are true to the real hospitality of this charming hotel.
