« L'hôtel superbe est que Trip.com doit être contacté par l'intermédiaire d'agents et d'hôtel, ne peut pas communiquer directement, pas trop pratique. L'hôtel est sur la mer et vous pouvez voir le coucher du soleil. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est plus délicieux que tout restaurant de l'île! Cette fois, j'ai mangé trois repas en commun, et beaucoup de plats ne sont pas dégoûtants!
Le défaut est que l'eau chaude électrique est utilisée, que le bain est froid pendant une longue période. L'hôtel n'offre pas de bouteilles à dents et il n'y a pas de bouteilles à deux jours de séjour. »

« It was very nice. The location is about 45 minutes from the ferry port but that means it is quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were friendly and attentive. We tried as much as we could from the menu and it was all great. The crêpes for breakfast were especially good. »

« L'hôtel est très bien. L'environnement et les installations sont très bien. L'inconvénient est qu'il y a trop d'huile de silicone sur la plage. J'ai pris quelques photos et j'ai marché sur l'huile. Heureusement, le service de l'hôtel était très bon. Le serveur est allé dans la chambre pour aider à nettoyer. Nous sommes très satisfaits du service de l'hôtel ! Nous avons vécu dans des villas et des maisons de plage. C'est vraiment cosy et reposant ! Ce que je veux suggérer en particulier, c'est si la nourriture chinoise peut être rendue plus délicieuse, comme les restaurants de fondue... il y a trop peu d'ingrédients... J'espère que l'hôtel pourra être de mieux en mieux, car nous vivons à Singapour, nous ira souvent en vacances, et attendons avec impatience la prochaine fois Nouveau sentiment! »

« Tout a été très bien mais s'il vous plaît apprendre à transmettre un message ”non” à votre client plutôt que de rester tactique.
Nous avons demandé un check-in précoce lorsque le ferry a débarqué à 12 h. Le concierge nous a dit qu'il était soumis à la disponibilité. Ils essayeront de nettoyer la chambre rapidement. Nous attendions près de 3 heures, 15 minutes avant le check-in officiel en temps utile pour obtenir la chambre.
Mais nous avons noté que les unités voisines étaient vides.. et en raison de la faible occupation, le petit déjeuner était ala-carte au lieu du buffet. »

« The pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways »

« It was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you. »

MMs Foo and Ms JiangWe were very pleased with our experience at The Sanchaya! Greg and his staff were so hospitable we felt comfortable and at ease from the moment we arrived at the Ferry Terminal.
The service and facilities were excellent..from the room service to the dining areas. Movie Choices were so updated and wide. Good quality toiletries and snacks in the room minibar
We had a little miscommunication about a service fee and were so grateful that they patiently hear us out and resolved it quickly.
Thank you Greg, Nawa, Madon, Wawan, Vivi and all the staff at The Sanchaya for a memorable stay!

Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

MMary Flor ManicarAbsolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and a cozy robe and slippers.
The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation, and the breakfast spread each morning was top-notch.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

SSIMPLEandHAPPYService: 10/10 Extremement poli que nous ayons constamment accès. Une fois que nous avons oublié de leur dire sur notre 15% rabais de nourriture et de boissons, ils nous ont pardonné au lieu de dire qu'ils ont oublié de vérifier.🥹 Nous sommes venus ici pour avoir un court chemin pour notre anniversaire d'un an et le anniversaire de mon mari et ils décorent le lit + Donnez-nous des gâteaus gratuits pour célébrer nos occasions spéciales.😇
Food: 10/10 Nous aimons le restaurant et la nourriture ici par rapport à l'autre resort que nous avons allé. Bien que l'autre resort était encore très bon, le restaurant bintan résidence s'occupe de groupes plus petits et de la vie privée plutôt que de regrouper tous dans le même grand tableau.😊
Facilités : Je dois dire que je suis un peu déçu de leurs installations, car je me sens vraiment fatigué parce qu'il n'y avait presque rien à faire ici :( Je comprends que le bintan de résidence est plus calme que les autres centres et probablement les gens choisissent Leur resort est plus orienté vers le concept de l'environnement naturel, et beaucoup d'activités sont basées sur le temps, la cause naturelle de l'eau de la mer, de telle sorte qu'il ne peut y avoir que des activités d'eau pendant la forte pluie qui est le matin. A environ 11 heures, toutes les activités d'eau sont arrêtées en raison de faibles tempêtes et il n'y a rien à faire, sauf pour nager qui pendant combien de temps nous pouvons nager en un jour? ☹️ Oui, nous pouvons voyager pour des activités mais comme nous sommes déjà à la partie la plus intérieure du pays, voyager peut prendre jusqu'à une heure, ce qui est très lourd aussi.
C'est une bonne idée de la situation, mais je recommande toujours la résidence bintan pour les couples et les familles qui veulent juste un endroit tranquille pour une courte vacance. (P.S. ce resort est vraiment calme car il n'y a pas beaucoup de musique partout, pas même la lobby HAHA).🙊

IInvitéL'hôtel se trouve à environ 15 minutes de la jetée et une voiture spéciale viendra vous chercher. Le service de l'hôtel est très bon. Après l'enregistrement, la réception vous donnera les coordonnées WhatsApp et sera disponible 24h/24. Inconvénients : L'hôtel est relativement ancien, il y a beaucoup de moustiques, l'hygiène est moyenne et les patients mysophobes sont très déprimés. Le lit est très dur et la literie n'est pas bonne. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur des standards hôteliers, mais c'est probablement la qualité hôtelière. Le pire c'est la restauration de l'hôtel qui est vraiment très désagréable. J'ai payé un cappuccino pour le petit-déjeuner, mais j'avais l'impression que personne ne savait préparer du café. Si vous voulez manger, vous amuser et bien vous reposer, je ne vous le recommande pas. Je suis venu parce que la chambre avait une piscine. En fait, la piscine était si petite que même un enfant ne pouvait pas y jouer. Il y a beaucoup de choix à Bintan, donc je n'y retournerai probablement pas.

WWebster IntadAbsolument l'une des meilleures vacances en famille que nous ayons eues jusqu'à présent. L'emplacement est tout simplement parfait pour accéder aux activités proposées par Treasure Bay. TTravellingmamaI like that the location is 15 minutes away from the BBT ferry terminal and they provide free transfer to and fro. The hotel looks relatively new but it has a chalet feel rather than a resort. The beach is shared among 3 resorts and it is beautiful and clean. We ate the Indonesian buffet on Friday night which cost INR550,000 per pax. Loved the sate and kueh the most. During breakfast, we were directed to Angsana as cassia was full. Breakfast is average. The one room apartment is small but comfortable as they divided the space into bedroom, living room and kitchenette. Staff were attentive throughout the checkin, checkout, dining and transfer. All were smooth and quick. We happen to witness the release of sea turtles. Kudos to Bintan sea conservation team!

IInvitéMy husband & I enjoyed our 4 days & 3 nights stay at Nirwana Resort for my Birthday Celebration. The staff gave me a surprise birthday cake while having a buffet breakfast at their Cafe restaurant.
Our room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly & accommodating to our request. I feel totally relaxed, renewed & recharged during our stay.
Sunset was truly mesmerizing while savouring our diner at Kelong Restaurant.
I will recommend this resort for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of city life and experience the tranquility & serenity of this Island.
We will surely come back again.

VVincent GiangI had a great two-night stay at Alltrue. The staff were friendly though not of them can speak English. The location was peaceful, and the room was spacious and clean. Facilities like the spa, gym, and sauna were excellent, and the buffet breakfast had plenty of delicious options. Highly recommended!
