« Had an absolutely amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton! (Lagoi Bay) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who welcomed us with a refreshing drink and snack it is such a thoughtful start to our stay. I had requested a birthday celebration for my friend, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it truly special. Everything was beautifully planned and executed, from the setup to the little surprises, it was clear how much heart they put into it. My friend was genuinely touched, and it made her birthday so unforgettable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the amenities were equally impressive. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with warm hospitality. Huge thanks to the sweetest hotel team, we’ll definitely be back again for another staycation! »

« We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone. »

« The most perfect and peaceful place to go when you need a break from the hustle & bustle. It was truly an amazing 3D2N stay with the friendly staff, and the amenities available. We had no intentions of exploring Bintan during this trip as it was purely meant for relaxation, and Sadi Beach Hotel did not disappoint. The food available was also sufficiently good, there’s really nothing to fault. Thank you Sadi Beach team for making our stay amazing. Will definitely come back with the entire family 😊 »

« ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quelle merveilleuse séjour à Bintan Pearl Beach Resort! Notre séjour à Bintan Pearl Beach Resort était vraiment excellent! 🌴 Avant d'arriver, nous étions un peu incertains, car le camping est situé plus loin des deux terminaux de ferry mais une fois que nous y sommes arrivés, nous avons réalisé qu'il était absolument de la valeur. Si vous cherchez un week-end pacifique et relaxant loin des foules, ce lieu est une bijoux caché. Le personnel et le conducteur étaient incroyablement chauds, utiles et toujours prêts à assister. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et satisfaisant, ajoutant un grand début à chaque matin. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux et mémorable très recommandé pour tout le monde à la recherche de la tranquillité et de la grande hospitalité à Bintan. 🌺 »

« Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower. »

« Les terminaux de ferries sont disposés pour le ramassage et le dégagement et les conducteurs sont à la fois courtois et à l'hébergement (bien que plus de deux fois le prix par rapport au transport par béton). La première chambre, l'aircon ne fonctionne pas, j'ai appelé plus que 2-3times pour vérifier mais personne ne vient, j'ai même reçu service de la salle de massage pour 2 heures personne ne vient encore.. imaginez combien il est chaud dans la salle.. Après quelques heures de plus, l'entretien est venu dire que l'aircon a eu un problème juste alors ils ont décidé de me transférer à l'autre chambre à l'aile opposée. « Je suis heureux d'avoir choisi l'hôtel Nite & Day Laguna. D'abord, en raison de son emplacement du terminal de ferry et de la distance de marche, étant arrivé tard le soir. Deuxièmement, son emplacement agréable près du Taman Gurindam 12, un parc agréable pour le lever du soleil et le soir. La mosquée est également proche. Il est utile de mentionner les services utiles du personnel de l'hôtel (notamment Mas Tito!), le Aroma Laut Resto est agréable. Bintan est devenu mon endroit préféré pour aller maintenant. »
