The cozy 54 sqm attic apartment on the 2nd OG is for max. 4 people furnished and has a balcony. The friendly furnishings include a practically usable kitchenette with dining area, living area with a new leather sofa bed, a flat screen, and a safe. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom in stylish granite. WiFi access code for 4 €.
The apartment has an underground parking space and a lockable bicycle box.
Pets by arrangement.
A tourist tax per adult is acc. Articles of Association of Binz. Currently (as of 2019), a visitor's tax of € 2.85 per night and adult guest is due. Children and adolescents do not cost tourist tax. Man fühlte sich super aufgehoben in der Ferienunterkunft.
Vor Ort ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt.
Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand und zum nächsten Edeka sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würde Sie auch wieder buchen.
