Rooms in the group floor are very poor in condition. Moreover in hygienic damped room. Stairs are situated outside and temporary iron structure that's makes it scary. Any time accident can took place in monsoon season. Location wise it's a awesome. Transport from the property is affordable and easily available. Resturant sitting area is uncleaned. Waste flies are there. Behaviour of the hotel staff is very good. They are very helpful. Hotel organised bengali flock music program outside there property which was very awasome.

The room was much much overrated. Not well maintained. Toilet taps were broken. There were problems of bed bugs, and insects all over the room. Although the location was really good and the food quality was brilliant.

Good to stay. Ambience was too good. Anybody can have a stay once in his lifetime. Food was good. And behaviour of the staff is also good

Reception - not good. Hospitality _ don't even offer a 'good morning tea. Room booked by me deluxe type- not even a electric kettle. Rooms are very small in comparison to cost. Foods- good; staffs not courtesies

The room available at ground floor is very very small. It's feeling very very suffocated. The dish and glasses were dirty. Though the food quality is really good. Moreover if you request for morning tea at 7 am. They said no straight away and offered thr same at 8 am. The bathroom room geaser is not working. Please do a surprise visit from your end and cross check my statement.

Location was perfectly fine as it was just in-front of main attraction ‘sonajhuri’. Property was really good and room was spacious with a balcony and clean washroom. Restaurant food was good as well. Services was average as its stops serving food after 10pm and needs to order early by 6pm. Overall, it was a good experience over there.
