Some black mark on the towel. Hair dryer is not working well and there is no telephone for you to contact the room service.

Great hotel in a good location, close to everything and with public transport nearby...you can explore everything without having to waste time on long journeys. The staff are friendly, the food is good too hehehe. I would definitely visit again

Hotel was really good. Clean rooms and clean reception / bar areas. Staff were all really nice, especially one of the ladies at breakfast who was extremely lovely. The only 1 issue I had was with the location of the hotel - I wasn’t that hot on the area we had to walk through to get there and wouldn’t be so keen to do the walk late at night. I can see though there is major redevelopment going on so maybe if we returned again the area wouldn’t be so intimidating. Two supermarkets really close to the hotel and that’s a big bonus!

Room was wonderfully clean, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot find fault with anything at any point in my stay. Attached restaurant was excellent, both in friendliness as well as in their handling of a severe allergen. Thank you to all the team!

The hotel is located less than 10 minutes walk from city centre. Room was clean with air conditioning as the windows can’t be opened. Breakfast was slightly busy at 9:30am on Saturday. Overall, very happy with the stay, all staff members we encountered were friendly.

Stayed here this weekend just gone for Birmingham pride! All staff were nice accept one guy who was quite rude to us a nights member refusing to get any more tea/milk for us when we asked and he wouldn’t give his name when asked either. The one lady who was there was absolutely wonderful she got us tea straight away. The hotel managers here were very nice as well. The rooms were very clean indeed shower door didn’t seem to close though. The free WiFi was not the best but I guess it’s premier inns way to force people to buy premium WiFi which it’s not the best. Hotel was lovely thought the lobby is very nice and the lifts are very fast here. 99% great stay. Would I come back yes would I recommend to others I guess I would as long as no staff are rude- one member on our stay.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel and sally and afua greeted us with a warm welcoming helped us out with where to go when we asked for directions. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and definitely recommend sally and afua can’t wait to stay again! Thank you for making our stay lovely.

Sally and Afua extremely helpful and lovely members of staff! Needed help with something and they both helped! Recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking to stay anywhere in Birmingham! Central location also and lots to do around here
