Staff are super friendly, surrounded by many different Asian restaurants, super good location which is quite close to the Birmingham new street station.

Great stay. Rooms were spotless and well proportioned. No noise from outside heard. Warm and friendly.

Excellent hotel everything was amazing can't wait to go back. Great location close to train station, shopping centre and theatre. We went to see Hamilton at the theatre and ate at restaurant nearby - hotel recommended a lovely break and stay.

Perfect location for food and the theatre. The room smelt when we arrived, apart from that the rest of the hotel was wonderful.

Very strategic location. Walking distance from Birmingham New Street station. China town is just in front of the hotel. Nearby to few places of interest like Peaky Blinders mural...

Service was good & quick staff very friendly food good , Breakfast was very good lots to choose from & plenty. Room adequate. The only downside we was right opposite night club music booming out to early hours of the morning. But would stay again but make sure we have other side of hotel.

Excellent location and super efficient check in and out services. Staff very helpful and friendly. But room too small and very noisy throughout the night becasue of pubs and drinking there during the Commonwealth Games
