Wifi connection is not stable enough. Carpark space could be expanded will be perfect.

I stayed here before and had a great stay but this time I noticed the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I cleaned the bath myself only to find the water wasn’t that hot. Everything else was great and my previous stay was perfect so not sure what happened this time

Very clean and comfortable hotel, had a good night sleep here. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the all you can eat breakfast was excellent! Would recommend.

Great hotel in a good location close to bars restaurants on broad street. Very clean rooms and customer service was excellent all reception staff were great and extremely friendly. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Birmingham

Great location, parking is worth staying here for alone but arrive early or pre book to avoid missing out on one of the 50 spaces. Rooms a little tired but clean and functional. TV seems to have a problem with the BBC! Probably one of the best hotels for Utilita Arena. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel and perfect location Unfortunately we had a problem with the apartment that we had booked and stumbled across this hotel The reception was very helpful We did have an issue with the parking on site but they have a parking place just behind the hotel which for two days only cost £12

Considering there was a party and very loud music, it was knocked off at a decent time and slept well

Good hotel and decent staff, car parking is expensive and doesn’t work brilliantly as your ticket May invalidate a lot when you enter your vehicle to exit hotel. Had to come up to reception a few times to report issue which was a little frustrating. Other than that good hotel and customer service.
