Premier Inn Birmingham South (Longbridge)

Very dissapointing. the room was clean but had 2 really hard pilows . no choice of softer ones. had terrible nights sleep with stiff neck in morning. no one at reception to help. the restaurant food was one of the wost meals i have had anywhere. the chicken was overcooked and hard. chips were cold.so were the other 5peoples in our group.we did tell waitress .I just wont stay there again put me right off.

地理位置在長橋核心區，比較方便，酒店裡設備也算還行。但是這個普瑞米爾酒店，價格比正經的萬豪希爾頓都貴，沒有拖鞋沒有牙刷，要都要不到的那種。早餐也不是自助的，可能是為了節約成本，需要自己找服務員下單點，很不適應。

We have slept in this hotel so many times, we are really disappointed in our room. The room was in terrible condition there was holes in the was cracks in the wall. There was 2 light in the hotel room the hotel room 223 was terrible the shower pipe was broken but pI taped it back together I’m writing this at 23:10. My child looked at his bed lifted up the bottom sheet and the bed wasn’t even clean is had broken crisps on it hair the bed sheets hadn’t been cleaned. When we check out tomorrow morning we are putting in a complaint as this was a terrible time staying here We stayed here for 7 years because of our house caught on fire we was treated like god the staff was lovely asking if we needed anything but this time for the first time ever we have to put a complaint in. We have never had a problem with this hotel. We would be very disappointed if it happend again. PI please get this sorted I don’t want any other people dealing with the exact situation.

The reception staff were the best thing about this hotel, the room was dirty and the water in the bathroom was luke warm. The worst thing was the evening meal provided at the beefeater restaurant attached to this hotel, we were a table of 6 that had booked a table for 1930, upon arrival at the restaurant we were told there was no booking and we would have to wait 30 minutes, when we finally got a table the drinks were very slow to arrive, when the waitress finally took our order she informed us that there would be another 35 minute wait, our food finally arrived, my steak was ok but the peppercorn sauce was forgotten, also another member of our party ordered garlic prawns, again forgotten, these items finally arrived when I was eating my last mouth full of steak....shocking service from the kitchen We then asked for desserts only to be told "sorry kitchen is closed" REALLY you made us wait for over an hour then tell us this, and to top it off they totally screwed up our bills so our rooms were charged for totally different things that we didn't order....come on PREMIER INNS/BEEFEATER sort this absolute shambles out, I won't be visiting again and won't recommend this establishment to anyone
