Chic design with amazing staff, coffee machine downstairs for 1.50/2quid a cup. Nice showers and bathrooms. Great access to JQ and stations for train and metro. Chill area up from the church with plenty of choice restaurants. Recommend ottos for pizza which is just across the road, closes 9/10.

it was okay wasn’t great didn’t like how the door would stay locked from the inside and there was a couple of chancels light system was very hard work was basic not like the reviews online

Felt like a boutique hotel and was really good to get the upgrade. Bed was firm but comfy. Bathroom was amazing. Basic but worth it.

Does exactly what you need for a one or two night stay. A bit cramped to stay any longer but perfect for an affordable over night when seeing a show or event

Very clean and modern. I had a room without a window, which was fine. Bed was a little firm for my comfort, but lots of pillows, soft fluffy towels & nice bathroom products plus hairdryer & full length mirrors were provided. Bathroom was a wet room with a bit of an awkward shower if you don't want to wet your hair & bathroom gets totally wet. Located in the heart of the jewellery quarter.

Réponse de l'établissement: Hi, thank you for this detailed review. It's wonderful to see that staying with us at Bloc worked out so well for you. The wet room can be a bit of an acquired taste. Everything does get wet when you use the monsoon shower, but it all dries again quickly. You can also use a towel to dry the floor if you want to and we'll happily give you an extra if that's what you'd prefer. Our Vista Plus and Apartment rooms also have a different wet room set-up that may work better for you on a future visit.
