晚上11點半check-in, 是星期六晚上，check-in counter 旁邊是開party 的地方，有電視睇波，有客人在玩桌球，很熱鬧。職員話無我預訂資料，攪了好耐，佢視訊老板之後才安排到我們入住，上樓後又搵唔到我們間房，職員話佢都唔清楚間房向邊……，房間細少，因為是幾座獨立building 串通的，不過只留宿一晚，第二朝早便離開，也沒所謂，床邊有垃圾tissue…

服務人員很熱情友善，位置到冬季花園和黑池塔都超級方便。工作人員給了我大門鑰匙，回來的晚還需要自己開酒店大門。衹是酒店的房間比較小，走道狹窄隔音不太好，房間的清潔度稍顯不足。但是這麼便宜的價格，方便且有足夠的服務也算滿意了。

房間很小，不過黑池裡麪的酒店大多數都是這樣，位置很不錯，距離冬季花園走路3分鐘，周圍吃的很多

I’ve stayed in many places in Blackpool over the years, but The Calypso Hotel in Blackpool is by far the worst. We booked a family room for myself, my husband, and our two children, expecting at least the basics – cleanliness, comfort, and safety. What we got was an absolute nightmare. The room was tiny – more like a shoebox – crammed with mismatched, wobbly furniture. The hygiene was non-existent: no soap in the bathroom, sticky floors, cobwebs on the ceiling, holes in the walls, and mould in the bathroom. It felt dirty and completely neglected. Safety was also a major concern. The children’s beds were located right next to exposed electrical sockets halfway up the wall – extremely unsafe for young kids. The stairways and corridors were filthy and unkempt. To top it off, the entire hotel reeked due to the attached restaurant downstairs. The smell was overwhelming and made the stay even more unpleasant. We had booked for 4 nights but left after just one. It was so bad that we had no choice but to pay for another hotel, just to have a decent and safe place to sleep. This hotel should not be in operation. The conditions were unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others steer clear.
