"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must caution potential guests about several concerning aspects. Firstly, the lack of available parking created a significant inconvenience. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, with dirty bedsheets detracting from the overall experience. On top of that, the receptionist's demeanor was rude and somewhat odd, adding an uncomfortable element to our stay. Considering these issues, I strongly suggest looking for alternative accommodations. Hopefully, this review serves as a helpful insight for those considering a stay at this hotel."

Upon arriving, I received our card for door access to our room, (room 17 at the very top of the building. Tried it first time and didn’t work and another guy was also having the same problem so if you have mobility problems request ground floor as there’s no lift. So we walk into the room, and pretty much the only good thing about it was the view of the sea, it was about the same size as a cell. We had 3 coat hangers for 2 people, 3 tiny drawers, there was no bin in the room, the only chair we did have was broken so you couldn’t even sit on it in front of the mirror, walls were manky and marked, the iron, well you’d need to be about 8 foot to reach it, (see photo) how are you supposed to reach it?? The blind was broken too. Moving onto the bathroom, again no bin and nothing for sanitary products, the shower head was hanging literally out of the wall and wobbled, looks like it’s about to drop on your head at any minute and lots of cracks in the wall. Upon leaving I was looking under the bed to see if anything of ours had gone under and the floor was absolutely filthy, covered in dust and a family size share bag of crisp under there!! How was this missed if the rooms are cleaned? I feel like maybe all the attention goes to the more expensive rooms as they have better reviews and all the rest are just left alone. Will not be staying again, feel like our money has been completely wasted.

Stayed here this week, absolutely loved it ! We stayed in Design room A, and it was great. Immaculately clean and ultra modern. Bathroom was stunning, with a double jacuzzi bath, and electronically controlled loo !!! Staff were great, very friendly, and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return.

Often walked passed and looked at the fantastic bar and open seating area overlooking the sea .well we got to stay this week .we stayed in room a downstairs. Oh wow ,what a room .the room is just eye level with the street with a seaview .the room it's self is super with many modern twists .the bathroom is so modern ,the toilet is all very hi tech lol .but the hot tub for two is a very big surprise .what can I say totally worth the money we paid and WILL be staying again

It was the single worst experience of a hotel I've ever had. Somewhat due to unforseen circumstances but it was overall a very uncomfortable experience. First of all, the host on the first night had absolutely no people skills, was a very awkward guy especially to be part of the reception/bar and made us feel uncomfortable with his way of conversating (mainly making fun of our nationality). Secondly, the two rooms my parents were in and mine were no where near clean, hadn't been hoovered, dusted. The original room my parents had (room 4) had no room to move round the bed, had a broken step out to the veranda, plus at the side of the veranda seemed to be a holdall that belonged to a homeless person. Room 18 was so dirty, with broken flooring, walls dirty with people's feet, shower with mould in the corner, and a bathroom so small that there was no room for anything, shower too small with shower head too big, so no room to clean or wash hair, no room to get into the sink to wash hands, it really shouldn't be a room, make it an extention of room 17. The only positives I could gather were the beds are memory foam and quite comfortable; if you have a room at the front of the hotel, it's a nice sea view and the bar area with the sea view is nice. But overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this to anyone unless I hated them. Needs sorted out or completely renovated to be livable.

We were delayed by a long diversion driving from Inverness to Blackpool, and unable to notify the hotel during the journey. We arrived ¾ hour after the check-in deadline (10.30pm), and there were no staff on duty to answer the door. Phone calls were also not answered. We have never experienced a hotel without any over-night staff whatsoever.

Ive seen better looking half way houses in my time of im honest. All i can say is dont judge a book by it cover🙈 Some may like but it certainly wasnt for us. It might be wise if management look at putting a wipe around the toilet before guests arrive it might just be a start

Text: Great hotel, clean & modern. Free car charging with your parking ticket which is just £7 per day. Lovely bar area with huge selection of drinks. Friendly and helpful manager Ryan. Entrance hall with vending machine with essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, antihistamine, etc. We booked the veranda room which is exactly as described, a small double, it’s nicely decorated, has plenty of plug sockets all with USB ports. Yes it is small as described but is perfect for a couple for a cosy romantic break. There is hanging space for clothes and an ironing board, hairdryer etc. There is a lovely pub just a few doors down for a great breakfast. We booked again for October while we were there as this is a great find in Blackpool. You’d be hard pushed to find another hotel like this in this price range

The bar area was good and the barman was friendly enough. However the parking and room are a complete joke £7.00 to be called at stupid o'clock to move your car. The room you could not get out of bed one side at all everytime i did I kicked the metal frame and have cuts to both. We decided not to stay the second night and booked in to the Imperial where we decided to stay for the remaining nights in Blackpool. Not a text to ask were we were and on returning the key we got "oh your leaving early". " yes unfortunately no questions were asked as to why or was there anything he could do to assist us. NEVER AGAIN BE MINDFUL IF YOU HAVE A CAR
