The Address

You might be mistaken and think this is just a typical Blackpool guest house. What makes it special is the hosts Nee n Ash. What perfect hosts that remember each guest by name and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They work so hard and are there morning noon and night. The rooms are immaculately clean and bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic too and nothing was too much trouble. We will stay again. ♥️

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, very friendly the food was great freshly made breakfast every morning.We were given a family room with on sweet the couple who ran it called us by our first names which made it even more friendly, the location is about 10 to15 minutes from central pier with easy access to trams and buses the beach and the prom.

We are currently here but due to work have to leave early on Tuesday. Great hosts nothing too much trouble . Room lovely. Clean and accessible. Breakfast amazing fresh and tasty and extra if you want it. The area is central and the bus and tram stops are approximately 10 minutes walk on the sea front . We had no trouble parking on site at all . We will return next year definitely. Thank you Nee and Ash

I booked direct for myself and 10 yr old daughter,and this was all fine, no problems. Arrival was something else! Arrived just after 3pm, waited for knee to deal with other guests. At 3.30 told room not ready a guest broke lock (accidents happen). There was no idea when room would be ready. Asked for the toilet after 200 mile drive, not one we could use! Parking was tight and I was told I could get car into space, no way I would have got out tho. I was a bit annoyed as was told room ready for 3. The dining room area had not been cleaned from breakfast! We packed car and went for a walk to recieve a call to say room will not be ready and I was not wanted in her establishment as I rolled my eyes and was not happy and they only have happy people in there. I expressed my disappointment and asked what she expected me to do with a 10 year old child. I was told not my problem!!! Disgusted was an understatement. Luckily we found Sandringham on same road who had a room after doing some juggling and we stayed there. I would definetly not recommend The Address but certainly the Sandringham who could not do enough for us, and saved my daughter and I having no where to stay.

Nev and Ash are great hosts, nothing is too much bother. Nice clean place, excellent full English and cereals & fruit juice etc. I've stayed there on three occasions, and enjoyed it every time. There's also parking!👍

The room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the premises. Very disappointed with the breakfast, sausage was rock hard two days out of three as was the fried bread, in microwave too long. Room was also very cold with no heating, had to put hair drier on to take cold chill off. No free parking it costs £10 per nighy.

Last week purely by chance we discovered a little gem in the centre of Blackpool. We wanted a short break to tie in with a visit to Manchester and set about finding a small Hotel/ B&B., The reviews were getting more depressing by the minute until we found the ADDRESS. I thought “Well at least this place sounds clean” I phoned them up straight away and made the booking with a lovely helpful lady, who I later found out was the owner Mrs. Shah. When we arrived the following Wednesday we were given a genuinely warm and friendly welcome by Mrs. Shah and her husband ( Nea & Ash) and taken to our room which has an amazing shower, was warm, comfortable, and absolutely spotlessly clean! The next morning we enjoyed a first class Breakfast, and enjoyed a lovely conversation with Nea. By the time we were leaving on Friday we felt as though we were leaving old friends. Our only regret, is that as we live in Bournemouth we are very unlikely to return. However to anyone planning a visit to Blackpool and looking for a place to stay we would wholeheartedly, 100%, recommend ‘The Address’ and the best host’s in Blackpool, Nea and Ash, who we wish a very successful future! My stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The owners were very welcoming and friendly at all times and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean, the shower pressure and temperature were one of the best I have experienced in a hotel and the food was incredible. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable rooms and bed everything you needed in the rooms The hosts Asha and meha were amazing very friendly and nothing was a problem for them I was upgraded to a bigger room free of charge which I really appreciate thank you. The breakfast was amazing so much to choose from would definitely recommend and return thank you
