Infinity Self Catering Apartments

They ruined our girls trip. My mate CALLED (repeat, she called and did not book online) to book our stay in September of last year and was continually told by the female GM that there were no 4 bedroom apartments available for the 10 days we were there. So since I was the odd one out coming from a different airport than my friends, I had to book my own one bedroom apartment and the other 3 in their available 3 bedroom. Come to find out they actually put my 3 friends in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT building, one that isn't even owned by Infinity. A mile down the road and in a horrible smelly old building with zero wifi or cell service. We couldn't even order an Uber because the building was obviously not equipped. Well, come to find out, there WAS a 4 bedroom available for the time we were there, in the CORRECT BUILDING. They literally threw my friends in a completely different building and thought we wouldn't notice the lack of security staff, no pool etc. Locals at Doodles Bar told us the 3 bedroom apartment at the other building is owned by a FRIEND of someone working at Infinity - can you say commission/kickbacks for making guests stay there when they believed they were booked in to 89 Coral Road? Utter rubbish and it caused all kinds of problems with our daily schedules because we were in 2 different rooms and miscommunications happened. Do not stay here - besides there being no air conditioning in my one bedroom so it was literally SWELTERING, the GM made my friends stay elsewhere for NO REASON. Oh and they don't tell you the load shedding schedule either, so you just go to make tea and find out there's no power and you have no idea when it will be back on. Horrible place.

Just remember that it is self catering, so no cleaning etc. But area and view were excellent compared to price. First entering was bit tricky, signing was not that clear compared to busy moment on the parking area. Room itself was good equipped, though TV-remote batteries were dead. Luckily we had lot of batteries - we stayed also National Parks! Bathroom was very nice - except shower is too close to wall. Fortunately bath has European style hand shower - that just makes floor bit wet. Sleeping and kitchen were very good. This would be nice solution for a longer stay on the area

The one bedroom apartment we stayed in on the 8th Floor was excellent. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking as is watching the sunset from here with the Table Mountain on the horizon. The apartments offered good security and were comfortable. As the ocean is cold the apartments’ guests are permitted to use the swimming pool. Would love to stay here again. Munir D.

A stunning apartment with breathtaking views. Very neatly furnished with perfect towels and bedding. Decor is abit over the top with vases and flowers and can be a bit overwhelming with kids and the windy afternoons. Kitchen cupboards are well stocked with everything that you need. Our welcome chocs, milk, coffee and fruits was an excellent welcome for us. Apartment block is well taken care off and has very strict rules. Just a few gripes. Staff cleaners and maintenance guys just walk into apartments especially the penthouse. So no privacy there. Outside areas balconies etc need attention too much of bird poo all over. Washing machine has a very off sewerage smell. Other than that we had a superb stay at INFINITY APARTMENTS.
