Amazing view, clean & perfect hotel

One of the cleanest and high hygiene hotel I’ve visit Best place I accommodated while my visit in Indonesia I wish this hotel keeps the high stander of hygiene in coming years

Modern organized and good location hotel. Furthermore good service and facility , has very good views green land around . The room clean tidy and comfortable bed, the staff friendly, Check in and check out takes awhile of time.

It is a nice hotel located on superb location, if you find a hotel for escaping from the crowded city, The Botanical Sanctuary is the answer. Definitely will back again!!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Botanical Sanctuary, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, very clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend even in the peak season. Thank you for making my husband's birthday so special. Will come back for sure!

Room is cozy, but small. The reception staff is not helpful enough. I booked a room is different to what I expect. Their reception staff were just told me to deal with the trip.com staff, I think they are not helpful.

Hotel not too big, beside pesona alam. Lack of facilities, but for one night I think enough. You can walk around the pine forest inside the location.

it was a pleasant stay in botanica, the room quite nice and clean, the amenities in bathroom good with Sensatia product. Breakfast was good with many variety. Swimming pool was good with heater in child pool and jacuzzi. Overall was good, definitely will come back again.
