Mieux que prévu! La chambre est super, la salle de bain extrêmement belle et le personnel est le plus gentil.

L'hôtel était idéalement situé à proximité de tous les grands centres commerciaux et un autre avantage était qu'il était très propre. Le service de chambre était toujours de qualité supérieure et cohérent, mais il était très décevant que l'hôtel n'ait pas communiqué que le spa/piscine illustré n'était pas disponible pendant toute la durée de mon séjour. Si je ne me trompe pas, il convient d'informer clairement les clients avant d'accepter les réservations si les commodités incluses ne sont pas disponibles, surtout pendant de longues périodes. De plus, si le spa n'est pas disponible, l'ascenseur et le niveau menant au spa ne devraient pas être disponibles pour que les clients puissent glisser jusqu'à ce niveau. Je suis allé l'inspecter (ne sachant pas qu'il était en cours de rénovation) et je suis resté bloqué au niveau car il n'y a pas de boutons. remonter.. Fortement recommandé cependant, ce serait bien si l'hôtel était un peu plus attentif à la communication avec les clients sur la rénovation du spa et sur la durée de sa réparation + ne pas autoriser l'accès à ce niveau s'il n'y a aucun moyen de remonter.

Super hôtel et service excellent

Room is comfortable, spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Very clean rooms and amenities are okay. Love the cookie! Located to a nearby mall. Breakfast is delicious.

One receptionist doesn’t understand English well but seems like pretending she does, most of them, asked for a room extension for 6 days from my booking. She (Anne) asked for a passport and have waited 10-15 mins at the reception thinking that she already extended the room and activated the keys. But she did not, I even asked for cooking utensils but what she understood was if I asked for another key or extra key when I asked for cooking utensils. I said no, but she gave me extra key and then I repeated that I was asking for cooking utensils she said okay and someone will bring them in the room. But no one did, and the room wasn’t extended. Was disturbed thrice by phone calls from reception saying that I need to check out, and cleaning staff even knocked on the door and opened it when I was about to open the door, and was half naked, and no one brought the cooking utensils needed to call again for them to bring one cause receptionist clearly isn’t attentive on what I’ve told her or just did not really understand English too well. It’s okay if she doesn’t, but the disturbance and all the inconvenience it brought were hilarious! Pros: 10-15mins away from the airport, restaurant is 24 hours open so room service is 24 hours as well. Room is spacious as well as the bathroom, I booked the King room with a kitchenette, it was great. There’s a person performed at Thursday night, not sure if the performance is every night he sings and plays saxophone on every guests’ tables. Seems like a 5 star hotel, but super budget-wise. Worth the price! If not for the receptionist who ruined my stay. It’s my fifth night, will be staying here for 5 nights more. Will be staying here for 3 nights only but would probably extend if in case I needed more rest from business meeting and exploring the city.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it is very cozy, feels like home

Stayed here for a few nights as a stopover in Bogota- simple check-in and decent facilities. No frills would describe the experience I would say, that said it was a good value for the money we paid. Would stay here again!
