Stayed three times one Selina Chapinero, amazing experience with wonderful staff. They arrange my check in since I arrived early in the morning. The staff helped at 3am giving me hot tee and planket by the time the reception arrived. The stuff is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and coffee are amazing. Rooms are modern and very well decorated. Highly recommend this place !

房間乾淨，環境優美。還有免費擺渡車來回機場，很方便。不過，一般的士進不來，衹能用酒店的汽車，價格比較貴。

The last day in Bogota ,cet hotel a été pour nous une étape de confort après un voyage en Colombie assez intense.Nous avons apprécié le professionnalisme du personnel et le confort de la chambre.Le restaurant est à la hauteur d'un restaurant étoilé et quant au jardin qui entoure l'hôtel 'un havre de verdure à deux pas d'une grande aventures passante..Le seul bémol pour nous ayant voulu garde la chambre au--dela du checkout prévu nous avons payé en plus ,la moitié du prix d'une nuit !

We arrived at this hotel in the early hours of the morning (4am) after a long haul flight from the U.K. We were obviously very tired and check in was done very quickly and without any stress. We were taken up to our room which, on the face of it seemed spacious and nice, if a little tired, and went straight to bed. I can't fault the customer service, everyone was very professional, polite and welcoming. Disliked · As I showered the following morning, I noticed a dripping coming from the ceiling above the toilet and the ceiling was bowing. We agreed that once we were ready we would report this to reception. I was just drying my hair and there was a big whoosh and part of the ceiling came down! Luckily, no one was hurt but I am surprised that the housekeeping service had not picked up on the leak previously, as this had obviously been building up for some time! I called a lady from housekeeping who was along the corridor from us and she came and had a look and we were swiftly moved to another (not so nice) room that had a ceiling but we guessed had not been used for a while as smelt musty and when we ran the tap the water initially came out brown! It was the first day of our holiday and for the sake of one night didn't want to make a fuss! From our experience, the rooms badly need a refurb but the customer service we received was good.

Les chambres sont très petites le coût est très élevé je ne le recommande pas dans le secteur il y a de meilleurs hôtels pour la même moindre valeur

I arrive at the hotel and they told me that they cant give me my room and don't give any reason they pretend to move to an other hotel just one of my five nights so I have to do double checking and check and the come back to this hotel, after arguing them they give me a room that have 2 beds for my wife and me, if you are going to travel Bogotá select any other hotel. ---- Llegué a mi hotel cuando procedo a hacer checking me informam que mi habitación tiene un no Se que problema me informan que la solución es cambiar una noche de hotel y luego tener que volver al hotel, después de quejarme con el staff deciden darme otra habitación y está tiene dos camas cosa que para mi esposa y para mí no es solución.

Le meilleur hôtel de Chia. C'est une excellente option si vous êtes en voyage d'affaires. Vous pouvez trouver des entrepreneurs partout dans le monde, avec la possibilité d'échanger des contacts (fait de réseau). Il a aussi des zones communes géniales pour coopérer quand vous voulez. Activités quotidiennes, attention personnalisée. Très recommandé!

C'est le premier hôtel où je suis passé que vous ne laissez pas entrer un ami ou un parent pendant un certain temps parce que vous dépassez le nombre de personnes pour la chambre qui est attribuée dans la réservation, c'est pourquoi je suis à la réception. C'est dommage, car j'ai l'impression que l'hôtel était bien en général.

J'aurais dû lire les commentaires avant de se présenter. Je n'ai pas dormi la première nuit en raison du bruit extrême. Il n'y a pas d'isolation acoustique. Vous pouvez entendre le bruit du lobby, de la salle à côté ou pratiquement n'importe où près. Je n'ai pas recommandé cet endroit si vous êtes un léger sommeil.

L’hôtel est supposé être un 3 étoiles mais après avoir séjourné depuis 2 semaines en Colombie, je le valorise à un très bon 4 étoiles voir 5. Personnel très avenant, navettes qui démarre à 4:00 du matin (toute la journée toutes les 30 minutes dans les 2 sens. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Restaurant correct et pas cher… Seul point négatif : oreiller pas assez moelleux mais ce n’est qu’un détail. Petite attention en plus, si vous partez en dehors des heures du restaurant, ils vous préparent le petit déjeuner à emporter.
