You accept full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during your stay. Supervise children at all times, especially near water. Guests waive any claims against the host for accidents, injuries, or damages related to amenity use or the use of the property. Confirming this booking constitutes a binding agreement. Cameras: There are NO cameras inside the house. We have security cameras outside that are motion activated. The captured footage is stored and can be accessed to review and share with the booking platform. We reserve the right to monitor the camera in real-time if we suspect any violation of house rules. Outdoor Movie: We have step-by-step instructions for the outdoor movie and have tried to make setup as easy as possible. However, as with any projector setup, there's a number of steps and pieces to setup that some could find confusing. Please let us know of any damage and we'll try to get it repaired ASAP. We assume no liability, nor do we offer any discounts on your rental, if for some reason it does not work, either due to challenges with setup or damage caused by other guests.
