Le service était super ! Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent ! Le personnel est arrangeant et vous accueille dès votre arrivée. La chambre était propre et dotée d'un ensemble complet de produits de toilette et de serviettes. Une seule chose, la climatisation n'était pas si froide. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour a été plutôt bon !

J'aurais aimé ne pas quitter le lagon Henann. Les niveaux de poussière étaient si élevés que nous avons éternué toute la journée Les toilettes étaient bloquées dans les premières heures suivant l'arrivée la douche froide et l'eau du lavabo nous ont rendus malades (toux et rhume) Murs fins - les ronflements dans la pièce voisine nous empêchaient de bien dormir lorsque nous étions malades à cause du manque d'entretien. Meilleur spa Pannes de courant (informées seulement le 3ème jour lorsque nous n'en pouvions finalement plus) : apparemment, l'hôtel avait des pannes de courant, c'est pourquoi ils coupent toujours l'eau mais je crois que c'est quelque chose dont vous informez les clients lors de l'enregistrement. (même pendant la réservation) au lieu d'attendre une plainte et un éventuel malaise résultant d'une douche à l'eau froide Très peu impressionné. Henann Crystal et Henann Lagoon sont tous deux d’excellents hôtels. La direction devrait envisager de leur demander comment ils gèrent leurs hôtels. Location is perfect, situated between station 2 and station 3 which is less crowded compared to dmall area ~ near food establishments and bars, easy access from the road, good breakfast selection.

We definitely enjoyed our stay here!! Best location and the staff were amazing! We definitely will go back soon. It was a very good experience!!

Rating: 1/10 Not recommended. Would not stay again. – The room was shockingly small and extremely cramped. – We requested two separate beds, but they were only 8 cm apart — basically the same as one bed. – The floor was dirty and sticky — didn’t feel properly cleaned. – I wasn’t allowed into the gym because I was wearing Crocs — they said sneakers were required. I explained I only wanted to use the weights, but was still refused “for my own safety.” The next day, after complaining to the front desk, they finally let me work out — if I wore socks. Seriously?? – Very crowded lobby and long lines at check-in. – The hotel doesn’t feel clean — everything looks smudged and grimy. – They require a 2,000 peso deposit at check-in. – Breakfast is 3/5 — cheap buffet food, nothing special. Definitely would not recommend!! (The pic is the view from our room)

I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel with my children, and we had a fantastic time. The resort is very family-friendly, with multiple pools that kept my kids happily entertained throughout our stay. The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary items provided during our stay — a lovely touch that added value and convenience. We stayed in both a Superior and a Deluxe room, and I have to say the Deluxe room is worth the upgrade: it's much more modern and the TV reception and channel options were significantly better. The Superior room, unfortunately, lacked in that area. One small issue I noticed was the kids' rate policy — currently applied to children as young as 5. I believe it would be more appropriate for kids aged 7 or 8 and above, as younger children barely consume the meals or amenities included in the rate. Also, there were no welcome drinks or snacks offered upon arrival, which would have been a nice touch. Despite those minor points, the overall experience was wonderful. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

We love Hennan. Always worthy of room upgrade. You need to book in advance, if it's a holiday.

The hotel is a bit run down and old. My room type I booked wasn’t up to the expectations of a 5 star hotel. Other than that the staff were great and the location is perfect for almost everything you need to get to.

If you're searching for a premium beachfront resort in Boracay that combines modern comforts with top-notch service, Henann Regency Resort & Spa is an excellent choice. Located in Station 2 right on the famous White Beach. The resort’s prime location means you’re just steps away from the soft white sands and turquoise waters, yet close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife. was spacious, elegantly furnished, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony provided a lovely view of the pool or partial ocean. The staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and professional.

Smooth check in and staffs are well trained. The room we booked is bigger than we expected. Great overall experience.

i really love my stay here in hennan regency hotel boracay. the room was great and breakfast food is really good. And the staff is very helpful. I’ll back soon and I’ll stay here again.

Hennan Regency is huge hotel with 3 swimming pool and just a few meters away front of white beach the only down side are the green algae or sea grass on some part of the beach in front of the hotel. staff are helpful, polite and very accommodating. Definitely staying again in Hennan.
