Best Hotel good clean bad shower

Great stay with amazing service from all here during my two month stay. We was here for a long period of time due to waiting on our house to be ready and nothing was ever too much for them. Gita was great and always helpful as were the rest of the team. Breakfast at the Brewers fayre was also very nice. Thanks for a great stay.

First time that we have stayed at this particular Premier Inn. We arrried at check in which was a little slow. WWE stayed in room 2. It’s the lowest room number we’ve ever had. Room and amenities were up to the usual premier inn standard and the bed super comfortable. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and professional. Would we stay again? We’ve already booked another night at the end of the month for another music gig in the town.

Stayed here for a week, I could not thank the staff enough. They were super welcoming and nothing was too much of trouble. Anna on reception was especially helpful. Rooms were spotless and the pub next door was just as great. Only thing that could be improved are the potholes in the carpark!

Stayed at the Boston premier inn, and had problems with the room next door, but Gita sorted it without any problem, she was amazing absolutely brilliant member of staff 👍 and made my stay very welcoming, and would stay here again if Gita is a member of your staff

We stay at Premier Inns all over the UK and unfortunately this was the worst one we have stayed at. Very much in need of modernisation- shower curtain round the bath gross! Rooms old fashioned and feels like things haven’t been updated for 20 years. However the room was clean and provided a base for the night. Had to turn the old fashioned radiator off as it was making noises all night. Noise from other guests walking down the corridor and banging doors was a nuisance.
