Les draps étaient sales. Lors de l'enregistrement, la dame au comptoir nous a seulement demandé si nous voulions des biscuits, mais a demandé aux Européens et aux Américains s'ils voulaient de l'eau ou des biscuits. Pourquoi les Asiatiques n'avaient-ils pas le choix ? Plus tard, j'ai demandé à la dame de l'eau en bouteille et il m'a répondu que, bien sûr, vous pouviez l'acheter derrière le comptoir.

Je suis venu ici cette fois pour courir le marathon de Boston. L'emplacement est très pratique. Il y a le MBTA en bas. L'hôtel est situé entre le centre-ville et la place Copley. La chambre est plus grande que la moyenne des hôtels. avant et après le marathon, ce n'est vraiment pas bon marché.

L'hôtel n'est pas très neuf et l'éclairage et l'éclairage ne sont pas très bons, mais il est très propre. Le service est bon, de petites collations sont fournies lors de votre enregistrement et une personne dédiée envoie des messages pour vous saluer et vous faire part de vos commentaires. L'hygiène est bonne et l'hôtel est nettoyé tous les jours. L'emplacement est très bon, à côté du quartier chinois de Boston, pratique pour manger et à côté de deux restaurants de hot pot populaires. Le métro est à 100 mètres et la gare sud est également à proximité, le transport est donc pratique.

整体感受还可以哈 I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent. Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.

A bit too expensive. Convenient located. Friendly and helpful staffs. Easy to walk to nearby attractions like the freedom trail.

The room is clean and spacious. We just stay one night but it was a very happy stay. I would love to stay longer at this room. Although we stayed at the 1st floor, the view is wide. (There is no slipper provided in American hotels. Please bring your own) It’s just next to the metro station and close to the Boston Common. Nice. I would love to stay here again if I come to Boston again.

The hotel is located very close to China Town and Boston Common, within 15 min walk. Part of the Freedom trail is very close to Boston Common. It’s a bit far from Long Wharf area but still convenient to take a subway to go there. The distance to Farneuil Hall is within 30min walk. Overall it’s a good location. Clean and spacious room space. But the bathroom is the smallest ever Hilton hotel I had seen. The door is scratching the toilet bowl when you try to fully open it. The shower is very small too making it not a pleasant bathroom experience. Other than this, it’s a nice Hilton hotel.

All the staff are friendly and the room is clear!!! Thanks for always being helpful for all the service.

Hilton member early check in is possible. Stayed here during new year and they gave 2 bottles of water and cookies to welcome me. The bed was comfy and staffs were friendly. Highly recommended
