"I stayed at Excellence Botucatu for a short two-day stay in January 2026, and overall it was a very solid experience, especially considering the value. It felt like a practical, comfortable hotel that does the important things well: clean rooms, helpful staff, good Wi-Fi, and a strong breakfast. For a short stay in Botucatu, it worked very well. Room The room was one of the highlights of the stay. It was very clean, organized, and much larger than I expected. Everything felt well kept, which made the stay easy and comfortable from the start. The size of the room made it feel more relaxed than a standard hotel room, especially for a short visit where you want enough space to unpack, rest, and not feel cramped. Another nice surprise was the view of the city. The room had a great outlook, and that added something extra to the stay. It was not just a place to sleep; it actually felt pleasant to spend time in the room. Room Service I did not use room service during my stay, so I cannot comment on the food, speed, or menu options. For my visit, the hotel’s breakfast and general convenience were enough, so I did not feel the need to order anything to the room. Wi-Fi Quality The Wi-Fi was great and worked well during my stay. It was reliable enough to actually use without frustration, which is important if you need to check messages, work a bit, or make plans while traveling. No complaints here. Pool I am not sure whether the hotel had a pool. I did not use one or notice it during my stay, so future travelers who specifically want a pool should probably confirm that directly with the hotel before booking. Breakfast Breakfast was very good, with a great spread. It gave the stay a stronger sense of value because it was more than just a basic breakfast. There was enough variety to start the day comfortably, and it was one of the better parts of the overall experience. Staff The staff were really helpful and attentive. Whenever assistance was needed, they were available and willing to help. That made the stay feel smoother and more welcoming. Good service can make a big difference, especially on a short trip, and the staff here definitely added positively to the experience. Overall Overall, Excellence Botucatu was a great value. The biggest strengths were the cleanliness, the large room, the city view, the strong Wi-Fi, the breakfast, and the helpful staff. I would especially recommend it for travelers who want a clean, comfortable, straightforward hotel without overpaying. The only real drawback is that I cannot comment on amenities like the pool or room service because I did not use them or was not sure they were available. But for what I needed during this stay, the hotel delivered very well."
