It is perfectly positioned in the heart of downtown Alexandria, just minutes from shopping, eateries, museums, Andria Theatre, Copper Trail Brewery, or Lake Agnes! Also, not far out of town are Carlos Creek Winery, Country Blossom Farm, Carlos State Park, and over 350 Douglas County Lakes!The space-You’ll walk through the front door into a 3-season porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you wait for the sun to rise. The porch opens up into the sunroom furnished with a working/writing desk station. Through French doors, you’ll find the dining room with a large dining room table, the living room with a Smart Roku TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and a master bedroom/ half bath. Up the stairs are three additional bedrooms and a three-quarter bathroom. Original hardwood floors flow throughout most of the home and each bedroom has its own chic, boho style. If you’re feeling crazy, put the phone down and grab one of the board games out of the basket in the upstairs hallway or a local magazine out of the dining room! The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen if needed. The bungalow is set up to assure you’ve got a fun place to make memories and a restful place to land at the end of the day!
