Nancy’s Touch, named after the amazing woman who developed and maintained the beautiful gardens, is situated in one of the best locations available on the northern end of the Chesapeake. From sunrise to sunset, the view of the juncture of the three rivers (the North East, Susquehanna, and Elk) that merge to create the Chesapeake Bay commands your attention. Soaring osprey, bald eagles, great blue heron and other waterfowl delight as well.This one-acre property has been in the same family since the 1920’s, and we look forward to now sharing it with others.
