Each of the 4 bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and serene atmosphere. Blackout shades and curtains will ensure you get the rest you need to enjoy each day of your stay. Each bedroom has a bathroom, so there's no need to worry about sharing facilities.One of the highlights of this lake house is its deep water access, perfect for avid boaters and water enthusiasts. A spacious two-story dock allows plenty of room for sunbathing, swimming, and simply enjoying the water. The swim deck and swim ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water. There is one slip available if you would like to bring your own boat or rental. 4 adult life jackets and 1 child life jacket are provided.A favorite feature of the house is the breathtaking sunsets, creating an unforgettable backdrop for evening gatherings. A well-stocked puzzle and game closet, and foosball table will allow you to have some family fun as you unwind from a busy day on the lake.There is a dedicated electric vehicle (Tesla) charger on-site, allowing you to easily charge your electric car and explore the local area with peace of mind. For other EVs, bring your 50 amp cable or adapter.Smith Lake and this home have provided our family with many hours of relaxation, providing us a wonderful, healing retreat.
