The lower level offers three additional cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a third living area, and a pull-out sofa. Every corner of this 3,000 sq ft home is thoughtfully designed for up to 12 adults, with the bonus of a sleeper sofa.You'll have two beautifully landscaped acres to explore, including a charcoal grilling area, a lit pergola, and a relaxing hot tub. You will have access to the full home including the 2 car garage. There are a couple utility rooms that are locked for guest safety. I live just a few minutes away and am available if if any needs should arise. 12 adults sleep comfortably here and there is room for an additional adult or 2 children on the sleeper sofa (linens provided).
