Full bathroom comes with towels, large shower, sink with cabinets and shelves for storage. Cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, dog crate, extra pillows, sheets, first aid kit, lamps, hangers, blankets provided. Combination lock is changed for each guest and blink camera system surrounds house. Parking in garage or driveway is free and available. Enjoy gorgeous forest and mountain views of the base of the Shawangunk Ridge through huge windows in the 4 seasons sunroom, or while on the new deck, or while relaxing in cedar hot tub.“The Gunks” is one of the premiere rock-climbing areas in the country and the house is only minutes from hiking and climbing areas.please review the following guidelines regarding the Hot Tub:- children are not permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision.- When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.  - DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVER. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you will be charged for replacement.- please minimize use of body lotions or oils while in the tub.- **very importantly** please replace the cover on the tub when not using it + ensure the tub is fully covered and straps are buckled.- The hot tub will be turned on, it heats up to a temperature of about 104°.
