The fire pit on the side of the cabin is fun for wrapping up the day with smores and great conversation. The cabin has a boat ramp and dock which gives you access to Douglas Lake for fishing and swimming right from the house and bring your boat to explore the over 500 miles of inlets and coastline that the lake has to offer. If working remotely is needed, the cabin has complimentary guest access to WIFI and internet services. An office nook on the third floor overlooks the open concept kitchen, living and dining areas below … not to mention keeping an eye on the lake and mountain scenery. If your concern is being able to see the water, you can see it all year round. If you are planning to bring your boat and launch it from our property boat launch, make sure you check with us or local authorities to make sure you are comfortable with the existing water level.
