This beautiful 3-acre property, once the Swisher Farm, is today a working homestead, with dozens of chickens and a large garden. The white door in the kitchenette is permanently closed to homestead employees so there is no fear of surprise visitors - however you may hear us working in the basement of the house and will certainly see us outside as it is a working homestead!Granny Flats is located in the old small-farm area of Spearfish, which used to be known for it's fruit and vegetable production.
