The open kitchen with a 12-foot island with 5 bar stools is ideal for entertaining. There are two adjoining seating areas with easy access to the wet bar. The kitchen includes all utensils, a variety of spices and Keurig coffee maker with K-cups. Outside there is a Weber gas grill. The six person hot tub provides therapy for those aching bones and tired muscles! The dock can harbor up to 30 foot boat. There are two (2) nearby boat ramps, both within minutes.
