The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

Nous avons passé une nuit avant de reprendre le ferry pour la France. L'hôtel est bien situé ce qui nous a permis de profiter du centre ville avant de repartir. Nous avions un peu peur de la proximité avec la gare, mais finalement le bruit ne nous a pas du tout gênées. Nous avons surtout apprécié la gentillesse du staff, qui a permis à ma fille -malade- de venir se reposer un peu après le check out. Un chaleureux merci à Kelly, qui nous a permis de profiter avec sérénité de notre dernière journée en Angleterre!

Staff was so friendly, and very welcoming. food was really good and service also good. this hotel is right near the train station and many pubs so is perfect place especially during this weather! i would recommend to anyone. Room was very clean and tidy. i felt very at home here.

The Air Circulation system didn't work. It would turn off on it's own day or night. Couldn't open the window so only option was to open the door to the hallway. Really hot in the room. If we could have opened the window we could have gotten fresh cool air. Not a day where you would need air-conditioning.We just needed air circulation! The staff at the hotel were very understanding and would turn the system on when we couldn't. We called down in the night and no one answered. We had to get dressed and go look for someone to turn the air on.

Such a lovely stay at Premier Inn in Portsmouth. The team were first rate and made our stay feel special. It was close to the railway station so suited my needs and was close to the Guildhall where I had a show to go to. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I've had, in a spacious restaurant. I would definitely go back if I was in Portsmouth.

Comfortable bed as always, clean and tidy room.Stayed in Premier Plus and got fridge, nice, Ultimate WiFi, handy. Rescued us from a very noisy rental apartment, to a quiet and comfortable, restful nights sleep. Staff as always were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent too and set us up for the day.

the staff were all very helpful and polite, the bedroom was very clean and had a lovely clean smell, with a great big comfortable bed, even had a bath I managed to have a nice relaxing soak, it was bliss will definitely visit again, and there was also a good check out time on the day of arrival
