"Well, after a 30 minutes call with the "reservation department" in Timisoara, where "every important negotiation" takes placs (such a lost of time!), I was expecting to be met by the Communist management in Braila with lees hopitality, which, in fact, actually happened The same poorly preserved 2-3 people elevator, old furniture and "grand"design details since 1979. Like most of the personnel.... The breakfast is almost inexistent and I had the "privilege" to meet the general manager who noticed I dared to offer a cup of coffee from the expressor, during the breakfast hours, to one of my daily guests (yes, we also booked the entire 12th floor for 3 days) and immediatelycalled the waiter to charge it on my room number. Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"Amazing hotel, a nice architectural building beautifully restored. Excellent restaurant and very nice personnel, trying to do the maximum to accommodate the guests. We stayed here several times over the years and we’ll be back. Tips: Parking (free) Restaurant ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) Iron and ironing table available (ask reception desk) If you leave early in the morning ask to prepare breakfast to go! Public garden nearby. Nice terrace with view to Danube. Book directly with the hotel, through email."

"Après une appel de 30 minutes avec le "service de réservation" à Timisoara, où "toutes les négociations importantes" se déroulent (cette perte de temps!), j'attendais que la direction communiste de Braille me rencontre avec l'hospitalité, qui, en fait, Il s'est produit le même petit déjeuner 2-3 personnes ascenseur, meubles anciens et détails de conception "grand" depuis 1979. "privilége" de rencontrer le gestionnaire général qui a remarqué que j'avais le courage d'offrir une tasse de café de l'exposant, pendant les heures du petit déjeuner, à l'un de mes clients quotidiens (oui, nous avons également réservé l'ensemble du 12ème étage pendant 3 jours) Et immédiatement appelé le gardien à charger sur mon numéro de chambre."

"I booked an apartment for 4 nights in this hotel based on a website information. When we arrived at the hotel, a sleepy and indolent receptionist lady did not say even Welcome. I asked her to send the boy to take the luggage. She replied that they had no one to do it. Meanwhile, another woman who presented herself as the hotel manager joined us. Extremely rudely and impertinent, she said that to carry the luggage is the job of the ..... client in any 4-star hotel (???) (by the way, the room was at the high floor, no ascensor). She continued saying that if I didn't like, to leave the hotel, as she did not care .... I can just imagine which services this 4-star (who gave 4 stars to it?) could offer after somebody would check in and pay in advance for the stay. I strongly caution every potential guest about this hotel. It is the problem of the owner if he wants to keep such personnel. Of course we follow the "kind" advice of the manager, we drove less than 100 m to another hotel, also of 4-star hotel (Casa Popeea), where as soon as we arrived, the boy came and took the suitcases, And all the services in the following days were done with much consideration and respect for a guest."
