Un hôtel très confortable , tres bien situé et très propre au centre ville.Les chambres sont très grandes et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très sympathique et accessible .Un grand merci à Bashi qui est toujours accueillante , attentionnée .

Très bonne équipe et très bon accueil. L’hôtel est propre et les services proposés sont très correctes. Le petit déjeuné est copieux et Bashi est très attentive aux besoins des clients. Le wifi fonctionne bien également. L’hôtel est situé à proximité d’un petit centre-ville avec toutes les commodités.Je vous recommande cet hotel pour votre séjour à Braintree.

Literally beside the bus station, excellent location close to the centre. The staff were so helpful, even gave us a very early check-in which they didn't have to do, must have taken pity on our worn out faces from getting up at 3.30am to travel to Braintree for a concert. The room was so clean and quiet too, beds very comfortable. Bar was open for us returning from concert, couldn't fault in any way whatsoever....perfect

One of the best Travelodge's I have been too. Very easy access to all rooms and very clean. Staff were very good.

Felt safe and assisted room was comfortable. Bathroom could have had micro cloth wiped over as the taps etc were watered marked which gave the shower room a grubby appearance. Would have been helpful to have a bedside table too.

Couldn’t get my normal HolidayInn. Room is very clean but basic/spartan. No iron/ironing board. Limited storage, not helped by missing hangers from the room. Curtains don’t overlap or go all the way to floor so let lots of light in. Paid for parking in the cramped council car park. And had to pay again for the Wi-Fi which is normally free. Thankfully only here 3 nights and it is convenient for the town centre

I don’t ordinarily write reviews, good service and standards should be the norm, however I was so impressed with the team at this hotel that I’m making the effort. I stayed for two nights and from the moment I checked in you tell this was going to be different. Mike the hotel manager was behind the front desk who stood up and welcomed with me with a smile and a good afternoon as I approached. I was asked if I’d visited before and when I said no I was treated to a full run down of what the hotel had to offer, reassurance that the desk was staffed all night long if I needed anything. I was told about the availability of breakfasts, evening meals, 24 hour pizza and drinks throughout my stay. I was there to attend a wedding and when I asked how far it was he reassured me it was just round the corner and the best way to get there. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel during my stay as we had events booked but everyone I came and went there was a cheerful face behind the counter. I had breakfast on the final day served by a young blonde lady and again, nothing was too much trouble. The food was appealing, the atmosphere relaxing and the restaurant was clean and well presented. I only live a short distance away so unlikely to need to stay again any time soon but if the need arises I will definitely look to stay again and can wholeheartedly recommend Braintree travelodge and its team to anyone looking to stay in Braintree.

The bar was expensive compared to a Travelodge only 9 miles away, the room had been cleaned but in the corners and behind doors was still quite grubby, overall it was just about OK for the price but with a bit of effort could be a lot better.

Well apart from the hotel being so impressively clean, outstandingly neat and tidy also, it was personally very nice for me that each member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting, including your both pleasant and polite manager, Mr Mike - apologies he didn’t disclose his surname also, otherwise I would have addressed him more appropriately, were there when I requested assistance, and also had the good courtesy to not interrupt or disturb my peace during my stay.
