About this space
The Penthouse Apartment, situated on the top floor at The retreat @ Souter Howe is located within the historic market town of Brampton, Cumbria.
Our 2 bedroom apartment, is ideally situated directly in the town centre overlooking the market square. The accommodation consists of a double master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Travel Cot available on request
PLEASE NOTE - our apartment is situated on the second floor of a grade 2 listed building and no lift access is available.
Our apartment is perfect for couples or families. Our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is ideally situated in the historic town centre, with views overlooking the Historic Moot Hall from the Living room. There are 2 pubs located in the town centre and a range of shops. Short stay parking is available on the market square directly outside the flat, two free long stay carparks are located less than 5 minutes walk away.
The sleeping arrangements consist of a double bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request.
Located directly overlooking the market square in the popular market town centre of Brampton. Brampton is a busy typical small Cumbrian market town. There is a range of good quality shops, cafes, pubs and more on the door step.
The kitchen includes an integrated washing machine, fridge freezer and fan oven with induction hob. The kitchen has a full range of crockery and cooking equipment. A microwave, kettle and toaster are also provided.
PARKING INFORMATION:
Parking on the Market Square / in the town centre (directly outside the flat) is a controlled disc zone 8am - 6pm (Monday-Saturday)
You can use the parking disk to park for 2 hours in the disk zone between 8:30am - 6pm for free, we provide you with a parking disc in your welcome basket. After 6pm you are free to park in the town centre un-restricted until 8am the next morning. Parking is un-restricted all day on a Sunday.
Should you wish to park somewhere parking is un-restricted after your check in, there are a number of free long stay carparks around the town centre, the addresses of two carparks are:
Union Lane Car Park - Union Ln Brampton, Cumbria CA8 1BX
Showfield Carpark - Showfield, Brampton, CA8 1NY
Both long stay car parks are less than a five minute walk away from our flat.

PLEASE NOTE - our apartment is situated on the second floor of a grade 2 listed building and no lift access is available.
BED LINEN & TOWELS:
All bed linens and towels provided. However please note we are not allowed to provide bedding for the travel cot due to Airbnb regulations.

Sorry, no pets allowed, unless agreed prior to booking. Please send us a message if you want to discuss bringing your pet.
SMOKING:
Smoking is only allowed outside the flat. Please do not smoke inside.
EVENTS:
Please note we do not allow events to be hosted in our property. We politely request that you do not book our property to host parties or events of any kind.
